Irina was exceptionally helpful from before we came and through the stay. The location is very good with free parking across the street, short 2-5 min walk from beach (closer to the mountain or Pervilos are better, as recommended by Irina), short distance to restaurants, shops etc. The hotel is very clean and nice. Breakfast is good (simple but good). Very good personal service. Gave good recommendations etc. Highly recommended!

Irene was very helpful and informative. She made our stay easy and relaxed. The hotel was always clean and comfortable. They even offered clean beach towels every day. Wonderful value for the price. A great location with the beach just a few minutes away. Lots of local bars and restaurants offering a wide range of choice.

The breakfast was very limited. Boiled eggs, 1 type of cheese, feta, 2 types of cold cuts, tomatoes, cucumber, cereals, milk, 3 types of pastries and that's it.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room itself is very nice, clean and quiet. I would probably choose this place again.

Rooms were perfect, we had everything that we needed. Room was cleaned everyday. Also they changed toweled for shower and beach daily. The breakfast was amazing, salt options, sweet, juice, coffee, tea, whatever you want. Everything is fresh and tasty. Receptionists were very pleasant, and recommended us grocery shops, excursions, restaurants, where to buy olive oil, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable for two people. The breakfast included in the price was so good and the stuff was super friendly. The location was also perfect, just a few minutes away from the beach. We arrived earlier than the usual check in time, but they prepared our room earlier which was much appreciated.

Honestly, nothing. We had an amazing time at the Helios Beach Hotel

The Helios Beach Hotel was perfect for us. Immaculately clean(every day), extremely comfortable and for us, in the perfect location. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to have everything on hand. The room sparkled every day on our return from adventures and beach days. Bathroom small but adequate with plenty of light. Shower hot(just be aware that traditional Santorinian showers don't have doors and the floor will get wet. Clean beach towels provided every day as are fresh bathtowels and hand towels. Nice little touch with the Nespresso but only the 1st 4 pods supplied foc. Mini bar(payable), hairdryer and iron in place. Ironing board on request. Air-conditioning more than adequate. And a lovely balcony with French doors(road noise wasn't an issue for us as we had them shut at night). Reception absolute stars for recommendations and organising transfers etc. Breakfast more than abundant with plenty of choice. We thought the hotel was perfect and would(and will) recommend to our friends. You won't be disappointed.

The bed sheets were changed only when visibly dirty (my wife left some fundation marks on the pillow case and they changed it the next day), otherwise the sheets are changed only upon request. Their policy in this respect is not clear to me, as on Booking.com there isn't mentioned. Anyhow, its not a big deal, just to let them know when you need fresh sheets in your room and they will do it.

Good hotel located in Perissa, 2 minutes away from the black beach, with many options of bars and restaurants just a short walking distance away. The lady in charge of the hotel is very hepful and nice person, ready to offer all needed information. They let us checkin earlier (like 10 am), because we had an early flight, which was wonderful. Also they invited us to have breakfast in the checkin morning, which was very apreciated. Good breakfast with several options, so you can choose what you prefere.

Nothing - Just an outdoor sitting area or pool would be nice.

The hotel public areas and our room was immaculate and had a beautiful relaxing colour scheme. Very convenient location just a 3 minute walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The breakfast was perfect lots of choice and local specialties served in a lovely peaceful setting with very helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Helios Beach Hotel. All the staff are very caring and approachable. The room is a good size and the hotel is less than a 5-minute walk away from Perissa beach. Highly recommended!
