Not private. Too expensive.

Everything was fine, except - not private at all, due to opened left side, where is jacuzzi located. Jacuzzi is for all people that have apartments in the harisis. So often people are there - during the day or late night hours.

The wifi is really slow. The beds are comfortable, but the matresses were a bit too firm for us.

I had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The rooftop area was the highlight—perfect for enjoying sunrise and city views with a drink in hand. The location couldn’t be better, either. The sink in the bathroom was too big so the bathroom door couldn't open well. The mattress was uncomfortable.

Please note, these comments are not bad experience, just a suggestions as improvement to the future: - Outside, there is no doorknob on the door, just a button. The neighbors who waking up early or moving in are quite noisy at continuously knocking or/and slams their door while you are want to sleep. But you can introduce the feeling to them, when you are moving out earlier. - The TV not read/recognize your usb-HD, Variation of TV channels are poor. But understood, these period not for movie watching, there will be enough time to do it in September at home. Impossible to get parking place on the closest street. You need luck if you want to get in the next 2-3 street, but there are possible places on the border of the "town". Approx 3-6 min far from the apartment. Not critical.

- Good location, just a couple of minutes to get the beach - Quite a big room and balcony - Air-condition - Well equipped kitchen area, ( but no microwave, what is more important than the hot plate).

Overall it all comes down to expectations of people. For example, the bathroom is of the typical shower-with-no-barrier kind which, also, is not really inconveniencing as the floor dries up rather fast thanks to the drainage, but while someone would complain about water splashing everywhere, I was happy that i could clear out the stray grains of sand that we were bringing in.

The relative proximity to the beach, the rooftop area, the cleanliness and the politeness of staff. The mattresses are on the firmer side, but not inconveniently so. The kitchenette was properly equipped, so you do not really need to bring any utensils.

Ioannis is a wonderful host. Coming from Olympus, we arrived at Ioannis pretty tired and were way too late. Ioannis waited patiently for us and didn't say a word about our delay. He gave us a very friendly welcome and told us about his hobby as a children's and youth archery coach. The accommodation was clean, the air conditioning worked great and it was super-value for the money we spent. The jacuzzi on the roof terrace was really good after the strenuous tour. The nightlife there is less suitable for individual tourism, but the gastronomy is open until after midnight. Nevertheless, things are civilized there, it may be a bit noisy in a hotel right by the sea, but it was absolutely quiet at Ioannis. Only a few steps away are supermarkets with a bit higher but manageable price level. The next day in Thessaloniki I realized that I had left my expensive charger in our room at Ioannis. He had searched and discussed with room service and was able to locate the charger. It would have been easy to say that some guest had taken it, that it couldn't be found, etc. But Ioannis even packed the charger neatly for me at cost price and sent it to Germany by express mail. I am a bit touched by so much honesty and hospitality and I am therefore writing this review with thanks.

We have only 2 notes - The lack of mosquito screen and the really small bathroom with the toilet covering falling all the time loudly, as the size of it is not suitable obviously.

The room is comfortable and clean, the host was friendly and helpful. We're happy with our stay and definitely recommend. Our apartament was on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator which is really convenient.

Bed felt like sleeping on the groud,suuuper hard. Definitely not my cup of tea, tough some might like it. The Jacuzzi was closed and dirty.

The room was very small for a family with 1 child. The desk was so small it couldn't fit our laptop. The room and the whole hotel has disconnected cables and plumbing all over, the shower doesn't have any curtains. All these were very disappointing aspects, but the most frustrating was that we booked this property because it was supposed to have parking. When we checked in, we found a parking spot in the street, but after that, when we wanted to park again, with no room in the street, we wasted a lot of time finding something available. There was no-one at the reception over the weekend, and no one responded on booking.com to this date. The host told us there's a parking place available around the corner, but it was protected by lock and chain. I take that as my fault for not checking upfront.

The room was clean and we had fresh linens and towels.
