Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

North MacedoniaWhen you book the room they give you pictures of the room, but in reality those weren't the rooms. Also the staaf at the reception was not okay. And for our five day stay the towels were not changed once, and the cleanliness is not a bright side.
The food was amazing. The staff in the restaurant was excellent. The view and the pool were okay too.

Our stay in this hotel was very good, everything was how we expected. The parking is so nice and close to the rooms. The food was excellent and the environment was clean. The from the balcony was really nice.

HungaryEvery Thursday there is a party, music is too loud, especially when you travel with a kid. No glasses in the room, no kettle. No tea/hot water during dinner, but probably you can order it at extra cost. In the bar only cash is accepted
Close to the sea, there is a passage under the road, so no need to cross the big main when going to the beach, there is a convenient parking. Nice view to the sea, balcony is always in shadow so you can stay there as long as you want. Food is fine. Swimming pool has a shallow part for kids separated by a barrier from the deeper part

North MacedoniaBreakfast and dinner were very poor, same food everyday. If you are muslim and dont eat pork don’t go because there is no other meat then pork. They dont change towel every day, just if you tell them. Condition in wc-toilet were bad, expacaly if you have child is very dangerous to shower them, shampoo and body lotion were in disaster condition and they dont smell good at all. There is no place to put your tooth brushes, there was not hairdryer at all, you can see sometimes ants in room!
Staff was really nice and helpful, location good, you can reach easily beaches!

RomaniaWe had the accommodation with half-board. Breakfast was exactly the same for 7 days (at some point we thought we were in the "Groundhog day" movie). Dinner had a little variety but it was more like canteen food and not restaurant. The cleaning for the rooms was non-existent. One day they changed the towels just because I have chasen the cleaning lady and in one (1 !!!) day out of seven she entered in the room and made the cleaning.
The room was big enough and the air conditioning was working perfect. It has mosquito net and the administrator was very helpful.

SerbiaHotel at a sufficient distance from the center to provide you with peace and freshness of the forest during the night. Excellent food. Rooms biased enough with a terrace and a view of the sea. The chefs and staff are extremely friendly and will meet you with whatever you need. The owner and his wife are extremely hospitable and whole-hearted, always at your service for anything you need to solve or have any ambiguities. If you are not in the mood for the beach, there is a very clean swimming pool with sunbeds for a pleasant rest.

ItalyWe stayed at the Haris hotel for four nights and what we found was people with passion and good hearts who went out of their way to meet our needs. Always with a smile, they helped us to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. Wonderful views from the balconies, a quiet and peaceful beach just a few minutes' walk away and a spacious swimming pool for the little ones (as well as the older ones). One important thing to mention is that the hotel has just been renovated, giving it a new, fresher identity.
