Loved the sunset view. Well equipped studio..spacious, comfortable, clean. Helpful owners with good recommendations .Easy to walk to the beach and the bus stop.

Ideally the air conditioning would be a little more effective on the hottest nights but this wasn’t a problem for us (July stay)

Excellent facilities, extremely clean, very comfortable bed. Loved the balcony and the view of the bay. Very close to all the restaurants and the beach. A wonderful stay and a very friendly owner.

The flats are located in a lovely quiet village just a couple of minutes from the beach and restaurants/cafes. The view from the balcony is stunning, especially at sunset. Highly recommended!

Great location, was very clean and spacious. The owner was lovely and so accommodating. I suggest going to their restaurant where you can rent sun beds on the beach.

The only downside was the steps!!

Location, location, location!! Fabulous location with stunning western views over the village and sea. Apartment was clean, everything you need and Costas and his wife the perfect hosts....don't miss his Taverna "Erikos" far end of the beach towards the little harbour....reasonable priced, and fab. menu.

Nothing not to like.

Nothing to dislike about the accommodation and rooms! Clean, comfortable, amazing views and very close to the best beach in Syros and restaurants 10 out of 10...!! The owner Kosta also is a great host, friendly and welcoming. All the staff at Guesthouse ERI were very welcoming and friendly.

The hosts were very sweet and helpful. Location is close to the beach and restaurants in Kini. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Just keep in mind that you need to walk some stairs to get to the rooms. Not really a problem, but in the heat of the day or if mobility is an issue then it's something to consider.

The beauty of the location with Mountain Views. The apartment has everything you need to self cater but short distance to excellent tavernas and mini markets. So close to many beaches and bus stop to Ermoupoli. So clean and the hosts are very kind and friendly with a super Taverna on the beach with the best food in the whole of Kini , I’m my opinion anyway.

AC was kinda weak, room was super hot even with AC turned to 16 degrees centigrade and full power on fans.

A beautiful family guesthouse in a nice sea village. Everything gone right and the family is very kindness and friendly. The family has the beach and restaurant too, the best place where you can eat in Syros island.

No negatives, everything was great.

Studio was spacious and had everything we needed. Nice bathroom. Everything was well kept and very clean. Small balcony with a view of the bay. Short distance to the beach, bars and restaurants, mini market on the way. It’s an uphill walk to the studios, either on the road or up the steps (80 to our gate then another 18 up to our room - yes I counted them 😂) ok for us, but just worth a mention for anyone not so mobile.

Nice and clean apartment just 300 m away from the beach. There is a mini market just a few meters away and the terrace was very cute and offered a nice view.

Lovely apartment with a little balcony with stunning views down to the sea . Well kitted out and very comfortable. A little kitchenette made it possible to do a little self catering but with lovely well priced restaurants near by . The best being the one owned by our host . Would highly recommend .

Super appartement with very comfy bed. Daily cleaning by very nice lady. We had the sea view room with balcony. It feels brand new. Everything you need is in the appartement. The windows can be blinded during the day which is necessary otherwise it get too hot when you are on the beach. Airco works perfect. Great shower too. The owner, very friendly, has a restaurant with beach beds. It’s in the perfect spot, at the end of the beach to your right. The least amount of wind on a stormy day. Great staff and food. You can reserve a bed and also have breakfast on the beach.

Location is great for a stay in Kini. If want to travel into main city will need transportation. Very nice and quiet part of the island. Staff and people were friendly. Very nice stay here.

Absolutely loved this apartment, it was even better than we expected. The view is incredible and the studio is really well done up. Only a 5 min walk to the beach. Would 100% stay here again.
