This hotel is a gem, a family-run place with gregory and his Brother. A great pool with a fantastic view. A bar with lunch, beer and whatever you need. Clean large rooms wit ac and a balcony with the same great view. There is a supermarked and a bakery within 5min walk. Free parking We Will be back.

The walk up the hill from the strip was steep but it got easier every time. This place was much nicer than most of what I saw on the strip, so the walk was worth it.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The owners were very nice and accommodating. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 2nd floor suite, even from the bed. The pool was sparkling and drinks were inexpensive. It was very relaxing.

The location, view, comfort exiceeded my expectations, on top a host that helped us with our rental car and was extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and enjoyed the modern layout.

Everything was great! The place looked good. In the kitchen we found everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The price was lover than the value of the place. Great, spacious apartment. The pool was great size and the location was good. The view from the appartment - amazing. We also payed for the breakfast and it was delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice. The car parking was great.

There was nothing not to like!

The view from our balcony was phenomenal overlooking the sea and the pool! The pool was a bonus and very clean. For a young family of four we used a car to get to Tolo town. Free parking is at the apartments.

Gregory and George are always on hand to assist and the place is so well cared for. The slight walk up is well worth it for the most stunning views out over the town and beach, and the pool is calm and perfect for relaxing. Some cute friendly cats occasionally visit. Wifi is good and working was easily possible, and there are numerous restaurants just a 2 minute walk away as well as coffee and drinks available by the pool.

Only the very minor things I've already mentioned in the "What I liked" section. These are personal preferences and would not apply to everyone, e.g. seating needed cushions, pillows too thick and firm. Otherwise, all near to perfect.

This was our second stay at Gregory, which says a lot. It's such a lovely place with comfortable, well designed rooms and a beautiful view through French doors in both the sitting area and the bedroom that lead out onto a large balcony with table and chairs. The view of the large rectangular swimming pool and just a short distance away, the sea and surrounding mountains, is spectacular. We were able to watch the sunrise in the mornings. The bed was very comfortable (although the pillows were a bit too thick for our taste), and everything in the well designed apartment works well. Very effective air conditioning. Kitchen small but quite adequate. (Needs a chopping board - we brought a thin plastic one from home. Oh, and you need to bring or buy tea towels, cloths and washing up sponges as these are not provided.) Lovely tiled bathroom with very good shower and large wash basin. All works well. The outside area to the back is pretty with flowers and shrubs and a large car parking area. (Note: There is a very steep slope to the car park and apartments, and the surrounding area is hilly.) There is a comfortable sofa bed in the sitting area and a wardrobe with a safe, plus dining table and chairs. (I needed a cushion as I have a bad back and the chairs don't have low back support.) There are no sunbeds on the balcony (I would have liked there to be), but there are several, with sunshades, by the swimming pool. There is also a bar/cafe that stocks drinks and a very small selection of light snacks. Just a short walk down a steep hill takes you to the beach, which is busy at peak times but much less so late afternoons and early in the morning. Late afternoon in September, when we were there, had the warmest water temperature, but also more waves as the wind tended to pick up as the day went on.

Everything was great. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. The apartment was spacy, very clean and very well equipped. Breakfast is very good, too. The beach is near by. We had a great time there and we will come again for sure.

Appartment sea view, beautiful swimming pool, everything is clean, breakfast super. Plus, the parking makes it very easy to visit Tolo and go to restaurants and beaches. Best view/localisation to stay and visit Epidore, Nauplie.. Gregory and his brother made the stay very nice :) We recommend it 100 %

The Wifi network and code could be noted in the room/apartment. Also, when showering, the water is prone to run out on the floor - a fix would be good.

Steep hill from the road to get up to the apartment block , not a problem if you have a car or are fit and healthy. The pool was not heated and quite cold but not a massive problem.

Amazing view ,very friendly staff/owners, 1 bedroom apartment was modern and spacious with huge balcony , good sized swimming pool and plenty of room to park a car also. Good location for restaurants and beach.

The only minor complaint we have is that the kitchen was not quite as well-equipped as we would have liked. Our host tried to remedy this by providing a kettle, a small frying pan and a bottle opener. (He had also arranged for the mattress topper to be provided as I had forgotten to request a double bed.) We purchased washing up liquid and a potato peeler. We had brought wiping cloths, tea-towels and washing up sponges with us. We managed without a sharp knife for cutting vegetables, using the bread knife instead, which wasn't ideal. We could have done with an extra small saucepan with a lid, to supplement the single large one with no lid. Perhaps not many visitors opt for self-catering, despite basic facilities bring provided. One further point: the driveway is very steep and anyone with mobility issues would struggle. Our hired car could only manage it in first gear.

This was the perfect place to stay with spacious, comfortable rooms overlooking the lovely pool and beautiful sea and mountains. Our apartment consisted of a fair-sized sitting room with sofa (which converts to a sofa-bed), wardrobe, table and four chairs; similar sized bedroom with double bed (actually two singles pushed together but very comfortable with mattress topper provided), wall-mounted television perfectly positioned for watching in bed, two bedside cupboards, a wardrobe and chest with mirror; a small but adequate kitchen with good sized fridge-freezer and a lovely tiled bathroom with shower and seat, w.c. and washbasin. The decor was neutral colours with minimal decoration, the main attraction of the place being the wonderful views through the French doors in both sitting room and bedroom, leading out to a good-sized balcony with table and chairs and a clothes drying rail attached to a far wall. There were two wall-mounted hair dryers, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom and towels were provided. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean by a very friendly, helpful cleaner who was happy to come at our request (we didn't want our room cleaned every day.) Our apartment overlooked the large turquoise pool, (please note, quite deep for children) with a dolphin painted on the floor. It also overlooked the cafe/bar which served drinks all day and evening as well as breakfasts on request. My partner said the coffee was especially good. There was ample space for parking (free) during our visit in early September, and the outside area was pretty with plenty of attractive plants, shrubs and trees. The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk (down a fairly steep hill) to the beach and a shorter walk to our nearest family-run restaurant, which served delicious, reasonably priced food. A few minutes walk to get to a good bakery.

The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is wonderful and friendly, the pool is perhaps the cleanest I've ever seen. Beautiful and clean yard with many exotic plants. A great bar with even more great prices.
