RussiaThe bath in the bungalow was after a renovation, which was done carelessly, which clearly does not correspond to the price/quality, especially since the hotel has 5 stars! The girl immediately drew attention to this! The cleaning was not always of high quality, once they did not give enough towels, another time they gave more. At some point they stopped leaving drinking water, although before that they gave out two bottles every day, I had to remind about this at the reception. There are not enough elevators in the main building, for example, during breakfast hours you can wait for the elevator for a very long time, this is very inconvenient, especially if the person is disabled (the girl was disabled).
We stayed in a bungalow. The view of the garden and the sea is very beautiful. Breakfast was chosen as the meal plan, there are no complaints about it, a large selection of dishes, fresh vegetables and fruits, various desserts. For dinner one evening we visited an Italian restaurant, the service and cuisine deserve praise!

FranceProperty needs a thorough rehabilitation. The only access to the pool and beach by many stairs may be a challenge to some. To go to the South building and rooms from the pool, one has to go through the restaurant.. A shuttle between Imperial and Eva Palace should be organized from lobby to lobby.

ItalyThe curtains of the room were too light so all the light was coming in the morning and for who is used to sleep in the dark that could be a problem To reach the beach it takes lots of time and energy as there are so many stairs (if you forget something in the Room it would take 15 mins to go up and down again) maybe a lift would help?
The hotel is spectacular, I had never been in a more beautiful place before, the views are breathtaking and you feel you're exactly on holiday the minute you step in . A big thanks to Silvia, Nefeli and the blonde cleaner I believe her name was Aneta, they were wonderful with us and with our little Sofia, they know who we are. Thank you Eva palace!!

AustraliaThe big groups book the bus into town and you are likely to miss out if you don’t put your name in the bus list at the front desk by 9am in the morning for the 6pm bus to old town that returns at 10pm. If you are not on the hotel bus and would like to go into old town for dinner or a walk around the taxi fee is around 40 euro each way.
The hotel has a great large pool and a private beach but very hard to get a chair at the beach as people place their towels on the seats in the best spots quite early then come back when it suits them. The hotel breakfast is great with plenty of options. When we arrived we were placed in a very run down room that had a very mouldy smell to it and no view that we had paid for and after our request to move they placed us in the room we paid for which was a sea view pool room. Which was lovely large with a gorgeous view.

IrelandParts were a bit dated and In need of a refresh but overall the resort is beautiful. The shop on site could do with more options, like even milk. and there are a lot of steps, not much that can be done there as it’s on a hill but with the number of babies or kids staying it would be useful for buggies. It was quite inconvenient taking the baby out if we wanted to get back to the room, especially if she had fallen asleep.
The hotel is in a beautiful area and is a part of 3 Resorts so you can venture to the other resorts for dinner or beaches etc. The staff were incredibly friendly, very good with children. Any issue we had was solved promptly. The breakfast is brilliant with so much options.

RomaniaDuring check-in, the staff insisted that we have some refreshments and stay in the lobby, even though we just wanted to go to our room and rest after our journey. It took several attempts for the staff to provide us with a key that could actually open our door, which was quite inconvenient.
Property is nice but started to look old and worn. Instead of proper repairs, it seems that only temporary fixes or patches are being made.

Comfortable Shuttle bus to Kerkyra two times per day without extra charge. We feeling very good all around. The price is reasonable, the hotel is highly recommended from my side. CanadaOther than the beautiful front entryway, the interior is very dated and in need of a significant infusion of money. We walked up to the spa. We didn’t make an appointment because it was so tired. The Wi-Fi system definitely requires an update.
Staff were excellent from the time we arrived. We greatly appreciated the free shuttle service that they provided that allowed us to visit Danillia Village for dinner. Weather was rainy which meant we were unable to enjoy the pool and beach as much as we would have preferred . The grounds are really lovely. Breakfast was excellent. We greatly enjoyed the wine tasting experience that was provided. We enjoyed being able to dine at the sister hotel. The wonderful staff, the lovely grounds and the excellent price point offset some of the tiredness of the hotel.
