There was a cuckroach in my room and I felt cleanliness was a challenge. Even though everything was very clean. I figured that it is just one but I couldn't sleep at night 🤣

The air conditioning was a little louder than I expected, so I preferred to switch it off at night while sleeping.

The room was nicely decorated in a traditional, local style that gave it a unique touch. It was also very clean and well kept. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the local pies and desserts. My favorite part of the stay was having coffee by the pool in the morning with the city view in the distance. I also appreciated the delicious welcome treats, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

. We were greeted at the reception by the kind and helpful Maria. We were upgraded to a deluxe room without asking, a large and luxurious room with 2 wide balconies, great view to the lake. The hotel is clean and well equipped, an excellent pool, a very good breakfast with a large and delicious selection.

The air-conditioning in the room was a bit noisy

Everything was amazing! We even got a free room upgrade to a suite! The staff was super friendly, the room was huge, the breakfast was endless, and everything was fantastic. And above all, the price wasn't a 5-star hotel price AT ALL! Highly recommended, and for sure, I will have to return when visiting Ioannina again. Thanks to all the staff for an amazing stay!

Nothing - it was perfect in every respect.

This is a fabulous hotel in a very interesting city, well worth visiting. The hotel is in the city centre, about 1km from the ancient Kastro at the lakeside, with its buzzy bars and restaurants, easily reached by car or taxi. Very quiet, comfortable room, wonderful 40m swimming pool (pool towels provided!), excellent breakfast, extremely helpful staff. The hotel has a carpark.

Some small details can improve. The air-condition in the room was rather noisy even in the lower fan setting, the toilet paper was of very low quality, the glass elevators were not air-conditioned and were very hot especially in the afternoon.

A superb Hotel near the heart of Ioannina, making it an ideal base to explore this beautiful city. Great value for money, very good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, easy parking.

Perfect location, it is easy to reach the pedestrian zone on foot. Well organized parking. Although in the city center, you can't hear the noise from the street. Rich selection of dishes and desserts for breakfast.
