The activities at night or Entertainment were made for French speaking people, for example when I ask for casino pne of the staff say is mainly for French since they pay more. Would be nice to have Entertainment in different languages Gym needs maintenance, many of the equipment did not work. Since the gym is open There is a lot of Children around playing with the machibe (also destroying them), thats is not safe, from my point of view it should be a sign that does not allow childrens there(parents should take care of that). I dont eat chocolate, 95% of the desserts were with choco at lunch and dinnner.

The Place is very nice in a good location. Personel very friendly, rooms were good and clean. Food was nice and different dishes everyday.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help, which made us welcome from the start. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was really tasty with a nice mix of Greek dishes and other options. We also liked the poolside bar—it was a great place to sit back with a drink and enjoy the surroundings. The sunrise on the beach was epic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we will be back!

Many occupied sunbeds by people who were not guests of the hotel, but were friends of some employees (One of them was so aggressive if somebody would be close to his occupied 8 sunbeds. He was even welcoming some other friends of him who were not hotel guests too, as he was the host. Once He tried to attack Us pretending We were at his private property. Obviously He was some important guy for some staff people.)

The rooms were nice but the housekeeping service needs improvement since we had the same towels and bed covers for 3 days. I asked for them to be replaced. The gym had many broken items. No ball for the ping pong. There were no night events for our kids. And for some events, they were in French. There should be some policy about towels in swimming pool. We couldn’t find a chair because people were leaving their towels for hours without being there.

The staff was so kind and helpful! All inclusive package was really good. The food, the cocktails, ice creams and many more. The swimming pool was clean and the lifeguards very responsible.

The food was exceptional. The sea is close to the hotel, there is no need to spend much time to reqch the sea. Aquapark for children, but the eligible height is 120 sm. In Turkey's aquaparks, it is 110 sm.

The hotel and grounds are a bit run down from the outside (though from the inside our room was renovated). In the beginning of August the resort felt a bit crowded (though service was quick and efficient). You need to reserve a sunbed quite early in the morning. It would be nice if bottled water was on offer as well as coffee made to order (and not from a machine). The kids' club was little more than a space with color markers and a/c...

The attentiveness of the staff was the highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met in all posts was eager to assist, smiling and showed genuine interest in guests. The maisonette was nicely renovated and with ample space for our group of 4. We enjoyed the water sports on the premises (though at extra cost). The dining options were decent, nothing spectacular but in every meal there were a few dishes that stood out. The cocktails were good (for all in standards)... The beach was clean and nice.

The hotel's exterior and immediate surroundings are clearly in need of attention. The waterpark that is pictured in booking is not included in the room rate.

I've been here twice already but during the 2nd time I got quite disappointed. I booked a family room for 4 adults and was given only 2 sets of robes and slippers. When I requested 2 more sets for the rest of the us they must have forgotten. So I called again to follow up and was told that the spa was already closed (which is where they keep the towels etc.). Instead of apologizing for forgetting our request they even told us that we are not entitled to any more robes and slippers because these are given only to the adults without even checking the booking which is for 4 adults and not 2.

This resort has good size since it's not too big. The pool is nice and clean. The rooms were clean and modern. The food is really good for an all inclusive buffet. Staff in the bar and restaurant are nice and friendly.

The fitness area wasn’t good equipped. There were only one ping pong table and people were waiting to play. The big pans that food was served were very old and scratched and you can see the non-stick surface was peeling badly.

The hotel is modern and nice, clean and the stuff is very kind.

What I don't like is the fact that its an all inclusive hotel. That sort of ruins the vibe totally and quite frankly its all very ungreek. So nice hotel, but I feel not a good concept.

The staff was amazing... I want to especially thank Konstantina from the reception and the hotel manager, who went above and beyond for us with every request. For example, when we realized we had mistakenly booked a room with two levels (stairs inside the room), and we have a small baby, they made an effort despite the hotel being busy and successfully moved us to a luxurious suite that enhanced our stay. Overall, every request or question we had was met by Konstantina with a smile and charm. Thank you so much to you and the hotel management! We will definitely recommend it warmly..."

The food was not tasty at all. It is enough food not to be ungry, but not something to enjoy from. The territory of the hotel is very basic and not so good maintained.
