Lovely clean spacious suite. Very good pool and plenty of sun beds to go round even though the area was open to the general public as well as guests. Close to some very good restaurants, supermarkets and shops although on a busy main road.

The pool is public; every afternoon, it becomes overcrowded with local children and teenagers and therefore becomes dirty. Breakfast is quite simple: every day, the same toast with jam is served, along with another dish (omelet, salad, or club sandwich). The beach bar is of average quality but is significantly more expensive compared to others nearby.

The location is excellent—situated next to the beach and near a street with shops and restaurants. The sea-view studio is spacious and offers a great view of both the pool and the sea. The beds are very comfortable.

We were fine with almost everything but annoyed about having to pay for the sun beds when we were hotel guests. I would recommend contacting them before booking and establishing which room you want before booking to ensure that you get the right sized room as some are really small and don’t have a sea view. We went at the end of May but I suspect that from June on, there might be limited availability. We had a great time!

When we first got to the apartment, we were not super impressed. But at the same time, the price was right. The room was cleaned everyday, the bar staff, cleaning lady and owner, Georgia, were great. The pool is warm and the music was at a decent volume. I would recommend this place for families. There are tons of kids around which was ok because we had our 5 year old with us. But in general, I would not recommend it if you want a quiet, non-kid experience. Also, the WiFi works well (re: see previous comments).

The view of our room is amazing. Also,the property has a private pool, bar and restaurant for the guests to enjoy and it has direct access to the beach. No need to go somewhere else as all-in-one place and the ambiance is relaxing. Its family run property and they are all so nice and helpful.

No reception room at this place , keys must be picked from the beach bar , something with I found strange. Dishwash liquid was smelly and strange , must be changed , no iron in the room, no shower gel or hand soap.

nice place to stay and very good for the value, cleaning was every day which was not really necessary but appreciated , big rooms . Place is close to the beach with cheap sunbeds about 10 euros x2 and x1 umbrella , close to shops and attractions . Local food very good not to complain. Staff polite.

The hostess Georgia was exceptional. Super friendly all of the time. The staff were exctly the same. Always smiling and alwys helpful. The location is right on the beach and this in conjunction with the easy location to shops and restaurants makes it exceptional value.

The room balcony was in front of the swimming pool and during the afternoon it was too loud. The shower was damaged and we could not take a good shower and the water was cold.

The location being able to have breakfast on the beach! Plus the food was good. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds! A place to completely relax and be looked after. Our room was a little basic but very clean. The view from our room and balcony was fabulous - The pool, the sea and palm trees what more could you wish for. For the price we paid it was exceptional!

We spent 10 days in the studio apartment in the beginning of october. You can find the apartment building in a small street, but in exchange you have a somewhat private, big parking space. The room was fine and spacious. Not so modern, but we had everything we needed. The view was just as the pictures. The personnel were amazing. So very kind, cheerful and warm. The cleaning lady came every day, she was also very nice. We felt like family there. We asked for breakfast, and the food was also delicious. The apartment is by the beach and in the tourist shopping centre, but it was calm and the Rethimno city centre is just minutes away. I would totally recommend. The pool was lovely and the beach was next to the pool nice restaurant by the beach. And at the front there were lots of shops also a supermarket lots of restaurants. It’s a great place to stay if you want to just lazy around every thing you would want.

The beds were hard as a rock. We layered the doonas down and slept on top which helped. The water kept going to cold and the pressure dropped. It was great just needs to be managed. The inside space is clean and tidy just needs some upkeep.

The pool and location was incredible! the outside area is perfect! I can’t speak highly enough of how awesome the outside area is!

The swimming pool located within the complex is a public facility and not part of the apartment itself, contrary to what was claimed in the advertisement. Swimming lessons were held there for locals, making it very crowded during the day and evening. The same applies to the sunbeds on the beach. Breakfast was very basic—we had expected much more variety. The sea view was also quite limited, as a large plant was growing directly in front of our balcony, obstructing the view.

The apartment was ideally situated close to the beach, with easy access. A supermarket was just around the corner, and the bus stop for trips to Rethymno was also nearby. shops and restaurants were also in the neighborhood.
