The venues are a little dated, it would be nice to see an upgrade soon. The sea in this area is not totally crystal clear, like other beaches in Greece, but it is clean and warm enough. Not many restaurants around.

The location is perfect. The room was big in comparison with other studios in Greece. It was clean and had everything you needed in a studio. It included two sunbeds and one umbrella right in front of the property, on the beach. The staff is very nice, just that the old owners don't speak english (they speak german though). It was quiet at night, no nearby pubs. There is a restaurant nearby where you can eat fresh food, sometimes you need a reservation. The beach in front is not busy, but there are not too many options for drinks and food. You better take your own drinks or snacks.

I had an exceptionally pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a real getaway. The apartment was very clean, with a large terrace offering a stunning view of the sea. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The hotel provides its own sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, which are free for guests—a big plus. Additionally, there is secure parking right in front of the villa, which makes the stay even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a tranquil setting.

I vacationed with my granddaughter for 4 years. I liked everything. The sea is calm, warm, sand. There are some pebbles at the entrance to the sea (I used slippers). The apartment is next to the beach, across a small road. There is almost no traffic on the road. Fish, fruit, very tasty watermelons are transported in cars. You will have 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach. Walk 6 minutes to a new large discount supermarket with good prices. This is a family business. A very nice, friendly family. So nice. Thank you

The owner was really friendly and helpful. The room has a fantastic view, it's just across the beach. There are separate umbrellas and longes for each room, which is very convenient. There are nice restaurants around too. We absolutely loved the time spent there.

Perfect location, ideally for quite relaxing vacation. There are only few restaurants in the surrounding and two grocery stores at the main road. Otherwise, no shops or any nightlife activities :)

Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment, balcony overlooking the sea and most importantly, it is near the beach. The water is very clean, the beach is the same. Included in the price of the apartment is an umbrella with two deckchairs. The hosts are extremely kind. Parking near the house. Super recommended.

Our first vacation at Kalives Poligirou and definitely not our last. It turned out amazing and this place is a pure gem. We were welcomed by the owner at our given arrival time, they showed us two apartments that were ready to choose from and both were spacious enough for a family of three. Clean, no pests and equipped with all the necessities you'll need, from towels to kitchenware . The property is right on the sandy beach and has its own sunbeds and umbrellas that are free to use with the room key (an umbrella and two sunbeds per apartment) Extremely quiet place if your vacation is all about resting on the beach. The water is very warm, even when the weather is cloudy or windy. Thank you for this wonderful peaceful experience. We will visit again

The additional Sofa/bed, which was very uncomfortable. If it would be replaced, the Apartment would become a 10 from 10, without a doubt.

The hosts were very friendly, kind and ready to help any time with anything we might have needed. The house has a perfect location, very close to the beach, nice, comfy terrace ideal for a family meal. It was quiet, with an equipped kitchen and enough room for our small family.
