Super clean, third floor with amazing view, balcony with a sun canopy (very important since it is facing east), mosquito net on the door, small kitchen with just about anything you might need, fresh towels and bed sheets every three days, sandy beach, warm sea. Oh, and they have elevator!

Location : main street in Olympiaki Akti, shops and beach 1 min away, noise of 5min in the morning when they deliver food and clean which is understandable considering the location.  Superior Apartment : Spacious, 2 bedrooms with TV, 1st bedroom double bed and single bed with side view and 2nd bedroom is with 2 single beds and beach view. The kitchen was fully loaded with dishes, a coffee machine, kettle, cooking dishes - all various, dish soap and sponges, table and 2 chairs, the fridge was loaded with 1 bottle of water and a welcoming wine. Bathroom - normal size, with toiletries (soap and shower gel). Terrasse is half a building, so you have a main sea view, a side view and back view, 2 tables with 2 chairs for each table, so you can adapt to your needs.  Cleanness : Every 2nd day, changing sheets, towels and cleaning.  Parking : no private parking on the property. There is public parking free of charge from 100 to 150 meters away. ​We had an amazing vacation. Hope my review helps future visitors to have the same experience.

The apartment with the sea view is much bigger and spacious, that looks at photos. They do have a baby cot. The apartment has a separate big kitchen with a table and chairs and a big fridge and 2 spacious bedrooms with a beautiful very large terrace all around the apartment with direct frontal sea view. The apartment is brilliantly clean, perfect and everything is new or renovated. We had a cleaning service after 2 nights. There is also a very nice private internal green yard of the hotel, with toy house for kids, which is amazing for kid games. The whole hotel is very clean and very well maintained. There is a working elevator in the building. Everything was just wonderful! The best apartment and place in the area.

It is veeery noisy early in the morning when they pick up the garbage or when distributors deliver goods to the shops.

The place was wonderful. Its location is perfect - everything is very close by, within walking distance. It's on the main street, where you can find most of the restaurants, shops and stores and yet it's not a noisy place to stay. It's right next to the beach. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Refrigerator and stoves are available in the kitchen. The host was very polite and helpful - a bottle of wine was waiting in the room for us.

It is a perfect central location with an amazing wiev to the beach, to drink the morning coffee and in the evening you can see how everything gets to life, people walking around and everyone enjoying their time there (but not too loud). The rooms are very clean, also with aircondition wich is very important as it is very hot. You can find everything you want nearby, like restaurants, coffeeshops, icecream, markets and in case is not enaugh, you can take a nice walk of just 30 min to Paralia Katherini. I highly recommend and I hope to go back soon. 😍

The location is great, near to the beach and on the main pedestrian street with restaurants and shops. The apartment was nice and clean with beautiful sea view. Our host Giorgos was very polite and hospitable.

I personally prefer a bit larger bed, but other than that everything was perfect.

The hotel is very good. Our room was equipped with a small kitchen, refrigerator and electric stove. The location and the view is excellent, a few steps from the beach. We could park our car in front of the hotel. Mr. Panagiotis is a wonderful host and ready to help you if you have any problem. Thank you very much for a great stay!

The kitchen is too small but good enough. The only thing we did not like was the smell of cigars which wasn’t nice at all.

The location is great as well as the host. Big apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and a small kitchen with a great terace with view to the sea which was really noce. The beach is just across the small park - no cars in front. We have a cold white wine and water left for as a welcome drink which was really nice!
