Very close to the centre. Such good value for money and the family came and picked us up from the port and took us back. Also helped sort us out with alternative arrangements when our ferry was cancelled

The room was clean and overall very comfortable but the best part is the hospitality of the hosts. They immediately make you feel welcome and accommodate you with anything you need. We will definitely come back :)

The air conditioner was weak, and we had to run it constantly. The room was very clean overall, but I would've preferred clean towels every day instead of every three.

The only thing that we didn’t know was how steep the driveway was and the bedrooms didn’t have doors. Nothing major as we may have missed it when booking. Was good exercise walking up and down, but good to note it maybe not too accessible for some people :)

The owners/staff were so so lovely! Also go above and beyond for you. Amazing to have a transfer to and from the port included in our stay. Would definitely recommend this accommodation, great location to the town too and bus stop to beach.

Nice room, comfirtable bed, reliable wifi Very helpful owners. Plus our room was with Chora view and balcony.there is also a bigger common terace to watch sunset.Small fridge& aircon. In the room.Konstantinos, the grandson of owners, came to fetch us from the ferry port and delivered us back to port in a airconed minivan.We loved prohimity to Chora and walking distabce to bus stop which made exporration of the island very easy. Loved every minute to stay ar George& Ireni. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Wasnt a door for the bathroom and was difficult to have privacy and this was the main negative for us. WiFi was barely working ,only managed to acces it couple of times.However Konstantinos tried to help .Still me and my partner couldnt connect

Very good location with very beautiful view of the city. Close to town but with an uphil road but that wasnt an issue for us,as we had motorbike. Comfortable size of room and bed . Private free transfer from and towards the port -very kind . Stuff friendly and helped with some recommendations and gave us cutlery for the watermelon

Nothing - our best stay so far.

George and Irene are excellent hosts. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything is clean and well laid out. The room itself exceeded our expectations and the view from our balcony was one of the best we have had in any of the islands we have stayed at. They organised transfers for free, and without hesitation. If we could have stayed longer we would have. This hotel is exceptionally good for the price.

Our stay at George and Irene was exceptional. the location was amazing and George and Irene and their family were beautiful and so welcoming and gave great advice of places on the island to go and see. They offered free transport to and from the Port which was so lovely. I would highly recommend staying at George and Irene’s - I will be back.

We found the walk up to the property from the road a bit of a stretch but worth it for the views.

The owner who was super friendly and helpful as was her extended family. Location close to the Chora. Views across the Chora and sea from the property. Communication with us prior to arrival. Clean, comfortable and tidy property with basic amenities.

5 minute steep uphill walk to get there which mightn’t suit you if you have poorer mobility. There were five of us between two rooms, the double was a lot more basic but had a balcony and the triple was bigger and lovely inside but with only a tiny window out to the corridor and no blind, so bright in the early morning and darker during the day. despite this we were really happy with our stay

Close to the town and the bus stop, daily cleaning of rooms and changing sheets, helpful staff, Irene served breakfast and drinks whenever needed at a very affordable price. offered us a free transfer to and from the port. Beautiful view over Ios from the balcony.
