Amazing view from the balcony, the room was clean and well equipped. The host, Sia, was really nice and patient with us when we encountered an issue with our card. Highly recommend it!

First of all, the location is great: 10 minutes from Paradisos beach and even less than that to the centre. The view is amazing, combined with a big terrace that looks at the beach and the sunset. Cleanliness is better than 5 star hotels with the rooms being cleaned every single day. And let me say, the Host - Sia is one of the most wonderful people I’ve met. There’s everything you would need for your stay from free beer and water provided with you coming to coffee and sweets. She also provided us with a free beach umbrella. In terms of the rooms, it has great working A/C, a fridge, a big comfy bed and comfy pillows, a decently sized bath and as I said, the terrace that overlooks the beach. You got a lot of spaces to park, so you shouldn’t worry about that. This being my 5th time to Neos Marmaras, I can confidently say that this is the best accommodation with the BEST host I’ve ever met. Thank you, Sia!

Beautiful location - best thing to drink your morning coffee with a stunning sea view and eat dinner with sun set over the sea. Very clean and well kept. Super nice host, provided coffee, water, biscuits and nice word always ;). Definitely would return.

Everything was perfect. Apartment is new and clean, kitchen is well equipped. There was no problem for parking (that was our fear before we came). The Paradisos beach is very close, even the City beach (our favorite) is in walking distance for people who don't mind little uphill walking. The host, Sia was very professional and very very kind and not imposing :) Thank you, we hope to come back here again!

We have nothing to complain about.

We were surprised by Sia's hospitality. The accommodation was great and clean, close to town but far away from the crowds. We will definitely visit George and Sia's House again.

We liked everything. The hotel is more than great. And our room had a great view of the sea and the sunset. Sia is very responsive and will tell you about the important things in the city and the nice sights.

Very uphill, so if one is not in the position to walk uphill or be very active, I guess Neos Marmaras is not the best choice anyways. The street can get bit loud, especially if you're on the lower floors.

Loved Sia the host, super kind, helpful and not imposing. Very clean, change of towels and sheets every 2 days, well maintained, very well equipped apartment, ok location. 5-10 mins walk to Paradisos beach and pretty much max 40 mins by car to any other great beach in Sithonia. 3 mins to stores and restaurants (some even deliver to the apartment).

A very warm welcome, Sia is very kind, gives good recommendations for tavernas and beaches around. The house is spacious, very clean and very well equipped. Nice view from the balcony, close to Paradisos beach and the port. We had a really nice holiday in George & Sia`s house.

We could not have made a better choice! We stayed in the sea-view apartment and absolutely loved the combination between hotel-like service (with bed linen and towels changed every two days) and the warmth of a real home. The apartment is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with spacious bathroom and balconies, effective air conditioning (2 units, separate for each room) and a well equipped kitchen. Sia was the most amazing host, adding to her genuine kindness useful information about local attractions and restaurant deals. Thank you for everything!

First and foremost, the view from the apartment was truly breathtaking, easily surpassing anything we had experienced before. The apartment itself was impeccably furnished and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From a wide array of kitchen essentials like oil and coffee to a complete set of cooking utensils, we lacked nothing. It was evident that the hosts had put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests' comfort and convenience. Parking was not an issue at all as there were plenty of spaces available in the vicinity.
