Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe shower leaks a bit and the bathroom smells a little funky but nothing crazy and the pros make up for the cons.
Great vibes, very sweet dogs and cat on the property, beautiful farm lands and pool, and cute room. Super close to the airport.

CanadaThe lighting was poor in the room, and the bathroom was musty. I was under the impression it was on a piece of property where we could explore more, but had to go for a walk on the main roads to explore the landscape. I also had hoped the host would be more available to chat and get some information about Greece from, but we didn't see her again after check in.
The dinner was good, bed was comfortable.

United Kingdomsome one could have answered the contact number when I tried calling to get extra directions. I had to search for the owner on arrival and ask other guests where she was, even though I had said what time I would be arriving. Not great to find in the dark as it is off the beaten track, but it was well sign posted and google maps got me there.
how cosy the room was, the in room self serve breakfast with home made cookies and donuts, the swimming pools, gardens and bistro were a bonus but I did not use them much on this occasion. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The property was well sign posted once off the main roads.

AustraliaIf you are staying in the basement room, please be advised that the internet is not great. Also, you should know in advance of your booking that a taxi to the airport costs 25 euros.

GreeceThe breakfast was in the room, great. Suggestion: a small yoghurt and some fruit would have make it perfect. The location for me was great. I didn’t want to be in the city, I needed nature. I loved to be there.

CanadaDelivery dinner was expensive and not very good. Sadly I don't think there are other options if you don't have car. Hotel is an beautiful and quiet oasis but it is in the middle of a farm fields, there is no restaurants, no corner store, nothing which is both a blessing and a curse.
Gorgeous swimming pool which I had to myself for the afternoon to relax before my flight the next day. Host was sweet as could be. She ordered a taxi to take me to the airport, and delivery of my dinner.

United StatesIf you were looking for a place close to the airport, this is not the place for you. Our room cost €65 and no taxis would take us to this place because it was so remote. The hostess offered a pick up service, but it was €25-€35 trip. I googled places close to the airport and this came up. Her property is beautiful, but in the middle of nowhere, we could not even walk to get a coffee or sandwich. On Booking.com says the transfer is €20. If you have a car and were planning to stay a couple of days, this would be a fine choice.
It was beautiful with the pool and very beautiful scenery. Our hostess was very gracious. The room includes breakfast. The hostess offered us a glass of wine after the driver left our luggage at the airport accidentally.

Old fashion style room as expected. A tricky road to this property and taxi May charge extra. Property can arrangements taxi for you is best deal. We just stay overnight and leave early. We actually would be enjoy the area with orchard and winery road for a walk or use a nice swimmer pool and restaurant if stay longer.

United StatesLighting was not sufficient bur I have very low vision and it's NOT a big deal. One of the lightings (above the bed) didn't work.
Boy, I was glad that I missed my original flight. Since I didn’t want to pay an exorbitant amount for an overnight stay at the airport hotel over 330 Euros, I chose this place for 65 Euros. (Please note one needs to pay 25 Euros/trip from/to the airport.) This is a basement of the owner’s family residence full of painting frames, thus it is called Gallery Room. It is a rather old room with many characters and homey amenities. The bed was comfortable with many pillows and throw pillows. Everything worked fine. Wi-Fi connection was below average; however, who would like to spend time surfing online at a nice countryside villa when vacationing. It was sufficient for basic texts and e-mails. In the room, for breakfast, they provide plenty of coffee and tea bags, dry cereal with m ilk, bread, pastries, orange juice, sliced cheese, ham and a large bottle of water as well as sufficient condiments. Since I am not a big breakfast eater, this worked perfectly for me. I really loved the owner’s parents’ hospitality who walked with me to their restaurant as I have very low vision. I felt very welcomed and loved conversations over their place and an eerie orange sky due to sandstorms from Sahara on that day. They have a restaurant for dinner with very reasonable prices. The property has 2 swimming pools and nice ground to relax. The newer building seems more modern with 9 beds with a kitchen. Making a perfect countryside Greek family or romantic vacation spot. It is very easy to communicate with the owner in English. If you don’t have a car, the only way to get here is via taxi which can be arranged by its owner. The taxi driver was very punctual, pleasant and professional. As I’m in love with Greece, I would like to come back in the future with my family and/or friends and I’m certain that this will be one of my top places.
