Breakfast was well organised with good selection for all tastes. Lovely hotel, well located close to Lovely coffee shops and restaurants. Only a 10 minute walk to the old town and on the hop off hop on bus route.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff deserves a special mention – everyone was attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our experience truly enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, and the facilities are modern, clean, and very comfortable. One small suggestion: it could be a lovely addition if, during July and August, there were a dedicated playroom or some activities for children. That would make the experience even more perfect for families. Overall, highly recommended! Thank you so much

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were going to have to miss breakfast due to our early departure and they had breakfast to go ready for us when we checked out.

The rooms are a little tight and cramped- a bit difficult to move around in freely without getting in each others way.

The hotel is very clean and well kept. Staff were very helpful and super friendly - they were always easily approachable. It was perfect for a 3 night stay in a large group.

The pool was smaller than we expected (noting its location we did not expect a huge pool, just a bit bigger). For a modern 5* hotel, I was disappointed to have a shower curtain in the bathroom.

Location about 10/15 walk from town so quiet in the evening. The staff were very friendly and breakfast had a good selection with seating overlooking the pool Sofia at the pool was very attentive and did a good job as an impromptu tour guide! The bedroom was a decent size.

Our stay was an amazing one. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They arranged a birthday cake for my son and we had a fantastic time at the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and breakfast was amazing too. We will definitely return.

I found the behavior of some of the reception staff rude. They don’t smile or greet you, even when you are looking at them. The staff at the breakfast, on the other hand, were superb and so mindful of our needs. The room size is very small, it actually feels very congested. Honestly, we didn’t feel like we were staying in a 5-star hotel.

Nice location, city center is about 15-20 mins walk. Swimming pool was great.

The pool-side bar service is expensive and you're not allowed to consume your own food/drink there, also the hotel is a decent walk from the centre of Heraklion, so plan transport/meals accordingly.

Great room and facilities, comfortable bed, room stocked with coffee and snacks. The breakfast was amazing!! All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

The hotel is modern and airy, air conditioned and has elevators. The pool area is lovely and has a bar and they can organise snacks for you delivered to the pool. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were excellent especially Anna who was the head staffer in charge at our breakfasts. They had an upstairs patio bar and cafe and the head staffer Natalie was also so hospitable and made us extremely welcome. The hotel was a 15 minute walk to the old town pedestrian centre and the hop on hop off bus stopped about 15 metres away from the hotel. There was a supermarket about 200 metres away. I would return here in a heart beat.
