Our stay at Galaxy Suites & Villas felt like a dream. The room was elegant and comfortable, with a private balcony offering the most breathtaking view of the caldera. The infinity pool overlooking the caldera was incredible and made our time there unforgettable. The service was outstanding, and we are especially grateful to Keti at reception, who took such wonderful care of us. From arranging taxis to suggesting hidden gems and romantic restaurants. The hotel’s restaurant, Moustache, was another highlight. Every dish we tried was exquisite, the best food we had in Santorini, and dining there while overlooking the sea created the perfect atmosphere. Galaxy Suites & Villas is truly a paradise – peaceful, romantic, and luxurious.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The property was well maintained, with an excellent staff available to accommodate. Everyone was incredibly helpful and seemed to truly enjoy their job. Having breakfast delivered to your room each day made it feel even more special. The location is perfect for people who are looking for tranquility during their holiday, with picture perfect views from all over the property. There are many quality restaurant options within a short walking distance from the property. It is also convenient for people who want to experience Fira without having to be in the area as it is walkable. If I were to return to Santorini Galaxy would be the property I would book.

Everything was absolutely perfect 👌 This hotel and Imerovigli define the new "posh" staying in Santorini!

Absolutely amazing! In my opinion, the best accommodation in Santorini, without a doubt! Location is fantastic, close to everything you would possibly need, right in the centre of Imerovigli, restaurants, markets, rent-a-car services (totally recommend Blue Island rental). The view of the caldera from this hotel was breathtaking (the highest point on the island) with gorgeous sunset views from both our suite and from their restaurant Le Moustache, which by the way is incredible (their food is made in heaven, try it - octopus in particular, we had that dish ordered every time as a starter 😁). Breakfast was super fresh, tasty and delivered every morning to our room! As for the staff, they were all incredibly attentive and kind, ready to satisfy our needs at all times 🧡 Thank you so much, Keti, for making our stay incredible, to you and all the guys from the restaurant and cleaning service: best customer service we have encountered in years 👏 We will definitely come back!

I've done a fair bit of traveling and this is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at. The view, the breakfast, the infinity pool with canopy bed access. Honestly if everything else on your trip to Santorini didn't go well, this hotel would make the trip still worth it. The staff is very kind and welcoming. This is a 10/10 even from a picky guest.

One minor complaint; infinity pool is freezing cold. Other complaint is that even though I expect a markup on alcohol I do expect the same bottle of wine to be 30% higher in my hotel than a restaurant five minutes walk away (65 euros compared to 50 euros)

there isn’t enough words to sum up how incredible ‘Galaxy Suites’ is. The views will get you first, they are 10/10 unbeatable panoramic uninterrupted sea views for you. Secondly you will notice the incredible service that ‘Galaxy Suites offer’. From the moment you arrive you are politely greeted by the ‘Le Moustache resturant manager’ to take your heavy cases off you instantly. Then You will be escorted to reception down a few stairs to be yet again greeted with the biggest smile and most approachable hotel manager ‘Keti’ . (May I just add in the past sometimes checking into a hotel can be a chore after all the travelling and Galaxy suites realise this with the most efficient carefree personable check in experience we have ever received) - we then got escorted to our room by ‘Keti’ to see our cases sat waiting in our room. I could go on forever really - it’s hard to put into words how exceptional this place really is. It really lives up to its rating which I believe is faultless 10/10 . I would give this hotel 10/10 in every department from service/cleanliness/room/value/location/food/pool. Nothing was too much trouble any time we needed something a member of the team was there within minutes! The service here in our opinion is unmatched anywhere in Europe! And we have stayed at many 5 star accommodations but this really tops them all. In my opinion after our 2nd time in Santorini you must stay in Imerovigli to enjoy your holiday to the maximum! - you don’t get the crowds like you do in Oia, all amenities/resturants/bars are within walking distance from ‘Galaxy suites’ on the cliff side (again amazing views at all times) and the sunsets are unmatched in the privacy of your room. I can assure you if you book this accommodation you will feel reborn as a new person after leaving it’s too good to miss..we will be returning with no hesitation.

Our room had a private plunge pool with an incredible view of the Santorini caldera. It was comfortable, private, and the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Keti, our host, was warm, attentive, and super helpful!

The breakfast was served right to the room at the time ordered. Selection of food was great, we liked Greek breakfast most, but of course choice of eggs, pastries, crepes, fruit would satisfy everyone :) The restaurant called Moustache is worth recomendation especially for an evening meal - they have great sunset view. They serve Greek and Mediterranean food with twist! Selection of wine and the service is also very good. You will enjoy it for sure :)

Absolutely incredible. We have travelled alot around the world but this place is just something else. The staff were all wonderful and could not do enough for you, they kindly bought cake and prosecco for my partners birthday and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. They were so attentive and thanks to them we had an incredible stay. The breakfast was out of this world! And a real treat to be delivered every morning! The facilities again are wonderful, so clean and well kept. You will not want for anything. We stayed in the honeymoon suite room 21 and it was perfect, sun morning to night and the best sunsets on the island. The location of this hotel is also perfect, we loved that we could walk into fira and firastefani with 20 mins and come back to immervogeli where it was much more peaceful you still have many restaurants and shops surrounding galaxy suites. Thank you ever so much for making our stay so incredible. We will be back one day 💞

We've had an absolutely amazing experience at the Galaxy suites. The location is perfect, you get the best sunset views, better than in Oia (we were in room 17), the food is amazing (plenty of choice for breakfast which is served on your private terrace), the staff are all absolutely lovely and make you feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If we ever go back to Santorini, we won't be looking at any other hotels - we would absolutely stay here again.

Outstanding location. Imerovigli is peaceful and quiet, yet not too far from either Fira or Oia. Galaxy has a relaxing vibe and the caldera views are world-class. The staff are warm and friendly, and will help you arrange sightseeing, dining, rental cars, etc. The rooms and facilities are chic and stylish, with two beautiful pools. Can't say enough good things about this place. I've traveled to over 90 countries and this is one of the best small hotels I've ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The service was warm and professional, the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The location was also great – Imerovigli is a quiet area ….in Santorini it better to rent a small car and then you close to everything you need.
