Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesBathroom floor outside the shower wet after shower… Maybe partition should be caulked better? Dirty cups weren’t replaced daily and sheets could have been changed more than once in 13 days that I was there. Door sensor kept falling off…was eventually by putting screws in to secure it. Overall the room and property was clean
Close to where my daughter and family lived

United KingdomPools were a touch small and sunbeds really close together although always a few available. Breakfast was limited on fruit and cereals. Ie no oats/ musili and corn flakes were awful. Scrambled eggs were terrible as was bacon. Only bed and breakfast so can’t comment on rest of food.
Good location and modern rooms. Coffee was good and maids cleaned every day.

United KingdomWhen asked where toilets were outside of room on ground level, not particularly helpful from restaurant staff. Reception confirmed we could use staff toilet, but then when there was a change in staff, they didn't seem to pass the message on.
We only stayed 1 night however staff were mostly helpful, even when I didn't advise 1 of the rooms needed to be ground floor they accommodated this.

CanadaEvening entertainment Team did not know how to get people involved in the activity . Not enough Greek music played during the day or evening . After all we were in beautiful Greece .
Please remember it is 3-star hotel so do not expect 5-star accommodation . My cousins and I had great time , stayed for 10 days and could stay few more 😊 Food was very good and big variety , plenty to choose from . Rooms were clean and comfortable . We never had to search for sun beds by the pool or at the beach , there was always something available. Cleaning staff and restaurant staff was amazing , two brothers working at the bar Luli and Andy amazing and funny . Entertainment team - needs to be improved a bit . Tigaki is a small town ,but had plenty of restaurants , some shops (not the best) but 30 minutes bus ride to Town of Kos will provide all the shops if that’s what you are looking for . Overall I would recommend this place if you are looking for great vacation on a budget .

United KingdomAs with any all inclusive the food could be a bit hotter and replenished more efficiently when empty.
Lovely hotel and very nice staff. We only stayed for one night for my partners 60th birthday but they really looked after us. Lovely Greek salad for lunch. Not too far from the beach.

SloveniaThe open bar - the drinks are free until 23.00. The two bartenders: Luli and Aldi (or Andi) are extremely "nice" to the female guests, infact, they come across quite desperate when talking to them, They would even go out of their way (if you can call it that) and sit down with them after 23.00 and serve them free drinks. But when a male guest would like to order something and asks politely - all within the free drinks window until 23.00 they are met with disapproval and cocky behaviour. When running an open bar, one would expect to be met with welcoming or at least neutral interaction, even when I literally pay you to make me a drink. We experienced a mix of passive agression, jealousy and dare I say a complex of superiorty from the two of them. They were really laying it on thick and in our opionion should be sent to an intensive seminar on how to run an open bar and interact with costumers who paid for their service and who expect to be met with an appropriate attitude! A quick tip guys (bartenders): people pick up on your behaviour, and when it comes to doing your job, I wouldn't hire you two semi-amateurs even for a 2 hour catering event in my backyard.
Pool area, all inclusive food - you won't be hungry, the proximity of beach in a not so overcrowded town - fantastic location. Comfy beds even for 6 big guys. Opporutunity to socialize during thematic nights. An excellent value for money paid! A big thank you to the nice staff working tiredlessly (except the open bar caratakers - continue with reading below to see what I mean).

United KingdomI am sad to say the food choice was a bit lacking. If you don't eat pork you would struggle on some days to have a choice. The lunch was way better than the dinner. However everything was replaced very quickly if running low. Just felt they could do better with a different chef. Snacks were either croissants or rolls. More options should be available and just felt as though they were being tight. The choice of drinks on the all inclusive was poor and no cocktails. The queues in the evening for a drink were long as they only had one person making cocktails. We ended up going to local bars as we could sit and order a drink rather than queue for 15 mins. They wouldn't fill our water bottles with water at the bar because they sold bottles of water! We ended up getting glasses of water and filling them ourselves. Which meant more washing up so not environmentally friendly.
The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to the beautiful beaches, shops and bars. All of the staff were very welcoming and answered any questions we had. Pool areas were kept clean and there was a choice of sunbeds although many were out in the sun all day. The pool side bar staff were friendly, but they could do with more than one person making cocktails in the evenings.

Good quality for the money, quiet&relaxing place to stay. ~5 min walking distance to the beautiful beach of tigaki that has lots of facilities. Virtually at the middle of the island and a favourable starting point to visit other parts of the island.

IrelandNo complaints about the hotel, just if looking for a taxi make sure to book it well in advance as there seemed to be long delays in getting taxis (uber not an option)!
Excellent location, easy access to beach and the onsite facilities were very good - including a mini mart. About 7 min away is a very handy strip of shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a bus service to Kos town which is inexpensive and accessible. The staff were very helpful and the all inclusive meals were of a good variety and very tasty. The rooms were well appointed and there was some night entertainment, which was good family fun. All in all a great time was had by all!

United KingdomLiterally nothing bad to say!
Stayed here last week with 3 adults and children of 17, 11, 10, 4 and 2. Absolutely brilliant hotel, pools were excellent, rooms were big and very clean, food was great (not one of our party complained about any of the food) and the staff are so happy and friendly. The entertainment was just enough, and the pool tables, ping pong and darts for the older boys was a great option.

SwitzerlandThe food is not good at all. It is low quality, mass produced, and not tasty. Being in Greece, I expected local food and products but, honestly, it seems like the resorts is catering for German tastes (the majority of guests) but even then, it is not good quality and does not look appealing.
To be honest, the rooms are much nice than the pictures. I think the hotel should update those because they might put people off. The cleaning staff, restaurant staff, and Kids Club staff were great. Very friendly and kind to our children.

United KingdomTypically tired Greek room. Bathroom had strong urine smell and some waste was coming from the drain in middle of the floor. Walls were paper thin so you could hear other people too much, the toilet flush of the neighbors was loud like a jet engine and woke us up multiple times a night. The breakfast food was very bad, the scrambled eggs must have been made from water and powder and were the worst I ever ate. Drinks also tasted very watered down.
Well positioned. The outside areas were nice. Friendly staff.
