First of all, has been a perfect trip thanks to Hermes who made everything ready for us beforehand, such as restaurant bookings and travel tips to Plomari as well as places to visit perfectly. Room was very specious, great specious balcony to relax and watch the sunset as well. Kitchen was also very handy with necessary utensils, if you really like to have your breakfast at your room like we do. Safe parking area for your car is also a good plus for the stay. Highly recommend Frini studios if you are seeking for a relaxing and quite atmosphere.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine care by Hermes, the hotel manager, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He greeted us the very second we stepped in, and his attentiveness never wavered throughout our visit. Hermes went above and beyond—booking restaurants for us, helping us find a doctor when our son had an allergic reaction, and always being available for any request, big or small. His kindness and professionalism set the tone for a truly relaxing holiday. The hotel itself was lovely, with a charming beach just down the stairs—perfect for morning swims or sunset strolls. Its location is ideal, just a short distance from Agios Isidoros beach and the center of Plomari, where we enjoyed delicious meals at local restaurants and soaked in the vibrant atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and well-located place to stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The location of the studios are great. You are close to Plomari yet you are in a quiet area. You can walk to the restaurants in 15 minutes. You can swim in a nice bay some steps down from Frini. You will be hosted by Hermes who has great hospitality and kindness. He takes care of everything, gives you great suggestion on where to go and even makes your dinner reservations! Thank you for everything Hermes! We’ll definitely come back.

We had to walk 15-20 min to the tavernas placed in the centre. At return had to climb ~40 steps to the property (this was the price of the beautiful view).

We arrived at 21:30 at night, Hermes the host was waiting for us and handed the keys personally, showed us the room and gave us instructions about every single detail in the room. He was perfect!

After we have read the good reviews we decided to stay. Everything is perfect and every good review is correct. Hermes is better than a host, he is like your best bro. He helped us about everything. He gave perfect advices about beach, restaurants and travel routes. He made even reservations for restaurants. The room is really clean, comfortable bed, perfect view and perfect location. You have everything at kitchen and other things at room. We made breakfast everyday. Everything is considered perfectly. We felt really comfortable and happy during our stay. We were warmly welcomed by a wonderful host. Dear Hermes was helpful in every way. It was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. The view was breathtaking, overlooking a private beach and the open sea from above. Waking up to the sound of the waves was priceless. Watching the moon reflect on the sea in the evenings and sipping our wine while listening to the sound of the Aegean Sea on the balcony was one of the unforgettable moments. In my opinion, Plomari is the best area on the island for swimming and dining. Hermes was also our best source for recommendations on the best restaurants and places to visit on the island. We left very happy as a family. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend the hotel and Plomari to everyone.

We are an LGBTQ+ couple and were made to feel incredibly welcome by Hermes and Penelope. We were really impressed by Frini studios for the following reasons: location (3 minutes to the most beautiful beach - clear waters, felt safe, good for snorkeling); cleanliness (room was cleaned every day); comfort (the bed was huge and comfortable, there were also great touches like blackout blinds, and the AC was essential. we slept so well); and facilities (the kitchen was really well stocked with all the utensils we needed to make proper meals, and there was lots of cutlery and crockery). Hermes and Penelope were quick to respond to any queries we had and made life super easy for us (booked taxis, booked restaurants, gave helpful advice). We wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Beautiful place to remember…. Hermes (the owner) was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. We have been traveling all around the Europe and he is the best one that we have ever seen. Hermes sent a detailed e-mail and explained everything that we need to know about the island. The view is breathtaking, our room was cleaned every day, it is walking distance from Plomari and close to quiet lovely beaches. If you are planning to visit Lesbos, the best place to stay is Frini Studios! Thank you so much for making our vacation so special and an outstanding hospitality.
