The hosts are wonderful – kind, friendly, and always available for any information. The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful location, spotlessly clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It is located very close to Olympic Beach and the main promenade. We are happy to recommend it!

Suitable place, with all you need for longer stay. Very helpful and friendly hosts. 5 minutes walk from the beach. Lots of markets and restaurants near by. We will definitely stay there again if we have time.

VERY CLEAN VERY COMFORTABLE APARTMENT FOR 3 PEOPLE 1 BIG DOUBLE BED + 1 SINGLE BED BIG BALCONY A/C AND TV 5 MINUTES WALKING FROM THE BEACH EASY TO FIND PARKING SPACE FOR THE CAR. THE HOSTS ARE VERY FRIENDLY

The rooms are quite small.

The apartment was very clean. The separate kitchenette, the bathroom is good size. Big terrace. The location is good 5 min to the beach, restaurants and shops. The hosts are lovely.

The Wi-Fi signal is quite weak and cuts out very often. Sometimes the water in the bathroom is not hot enough.

The only disappointment was the lack of private parking. We chose this place mainly because the Booking.com listing said there was on-site parking. Unfortunately, there is none — cars are parked along the side of the road. This should be clarified in the listing to avoid future misunderstandings. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you don’t mind parking on the street.

We stayed at Frideriki Apartments in Olympiaki Akti and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, a bit small, but cozy and well-equipped. It had everything we needed — air conditioning, kitchen with dishes and utensils, and reliable Wi-Fi. There’s also a nice balcony with a seating area and a view of the street and neighboring buildings. The location is quiet, as the building is away from the main roads, so there’s no traffic noise — perfect for relaxing. It takes about 7–8 minutes to walk to the beach. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, they greeted us with fresh fruit, beer, and water — a really nice touch that made us feel at home.

Overall that was a good location.

That was really annoying to receive 3 messages from the owner to remember me that the checkout is at 10:00 and we should leave the rooms clean. And in the morning of our depart, around 9:00, we were astoninshed to see the cleaning lady got into our rooms like pushing us to leave faster. It was a race to take a warm shower in the evening because the hot water finishes very early. And the hotel was not even filled at the full capacity. We had a kitchen, but we had not enough space to take lunch or dinner inside the room. Luckily the owner let us use the outside dinning table in front of their door.
