The bathroom it was very small. I didn t see a bathroom this small anywhere.

Wonderful accommodation, 20 meters from the beach, where the restaurant and sunbeds belonging to the accommodation are located. The wonderful breakfast, satisfying all needs, is served in the dining room on the beach. The service surpasses five-star hotels, kind, helpful, extremely friendly staff. We have been to many places in the World, but in the past 20 years this accommodation has been the most satisfactory.

I loved this hotel! Beach front, very clean, super new, nice bed and pillows. Everything was perfect! I super recommend it! If you are looking for a hotel in front of the beach, you want to enjoy the sun and beach, definitely this is the place! The sun rise was spectacular, just go to the top of the hotel and enjoy!

my rating for this property is 10. I'm so happy to have trusted them for my holidays we stayed here for 10 unforgettable days starting from the wonderful room with private jacuzzi and large shared swimming pool, super relaxing room cleaning and towel change took place every day very good breakfast facing the sea, wonderful view beautiful beach with very comfortable sunbed included and the thing that struck me most was the wonderful service and the kindness and friendliness of all the staff who were super helpful for everything and they really made the difference❤️I will definitely be back

It was a long walk into Perissa for a change of scene of an evening. We hired a car so it wasn’t a problem for us. The season was coming to the end and lots of restaurants etc were closing up, there was still plenty to choose from though and we preferred the quietness

Breakfast was excellent. As it was end of season it was fairly quiet in the surrounding areas. We had the villas to ourselves for over half of the stay, which was fab , but we felt sorry for the staff working there when it was very quiet. The staff were lovely and the place was kept very clean.. Good place to explore the island from as we hired a car. The weather in October was better than we expected.

Noise fridge and the fire exit light above the door lit up the whole apartment so if you like a dark room for sleeping not so good

The location is excellent - right on one of the island's best beaches - but it was the staff who made it such an enjoyable experience, so welcoming and friendly. Couldn't recommend more highly.

One of the best villas we have stayed in Greece. You got everything you need there, if not, the owner, Fotis will make it happen for you. The staff is amazing, and your stay here will 100 percent be pure hedonism. Bravo, and thank you for one of the most memorable, and one of the, if not the best vacation we ever had.

Excellent beachfront location, welcoming host and staff, nice clean waters and beach, dream vacation! Pool in the middle of four villas with beach beds created a private and idyalic environment. Excellent, generous breakfast on the beach. Excellent restaurant and service.

Breakfast was not the best, you only got a small menu with 5 items, from which 3 consisted of eggs with toast and the other 2 options we yogurt with fruit and pancakes. Everyday was the same menu. No extras. For a couple of days it's fine but if you're there for more than 7 days then good luck. Expensive menu on the sunbeds and beach towels only for a fee of 5€ even for the villa guests. There's no official reception area so you will have to ask someone from the restaurant to do check-in. Also missing hairdryer.

We liked that it was close to the beach, we always found space outside for breakfast, always some free sunbeds. Nice long strip of restaurants and shops by the beach. Room was clean, staff was nice, we were able to checkout earlier.
