The manager Christina was very responsive and help arrange transfer to/from airport and breakfast each morning. The suite was very nice. We especially enjoyed the access to the roof balcony for the sunset and sunrise views.

The only thing that could be misleading is that there are is a swimming pool that is shown in the pictures and that is for the neighboring property . The property does not have a pool and none is listed on the amenities but some people go off the pictures. Another suggestion would be to add a microwave in the unit that would be super helpful and warming up food.

First off I'd like to say that the hostess was excellent and she provided the best customer service. I highly recommend you ask for her taxi service to take you from either the port or the airport, it is well worth every penny. She also has a Bellman to come and help you lift your bags all the way to the unit upon check-in and brings your bags back up to the taxi upon check out. The room is in brand new condition it has been fully remodeled but Keeps The Rustic Greek look of the 1800s and the bathroom is super modern. Breakfast is included every day with a choice of three different options. The unit is dead center in the middle of the Caldera in reach of all the attractions and restaurants you can imagine . The view is spectacular from the Terrace . The air conditioning unit works perfectly and the beds are very comfortable. The unit was very clean and modern with a touch of rustic Greece all whitewashed with a beautiful Courtyard that had a grape pergola. There is also a small wet bar with a refrigerator. The housekeeper was amazing, keeping our place clean everyday and she was super nice as well. I recommend taking the public anywhere you need to go on the island lijr to Oia especially on the back side of the island where they have beautiful beaches that are swimmable and restaurants that are more affordable and more authentic. Be prepared to bring cash/coins. There are also a couple of supermarkets just outside of town where you can stock up on things.

Breakfast was so good with variety of mains to choose from and yummy pastries every day. Location is great - the view from the caldera is amazing and its just a short walk away from the shops and bars. The room is also very clean and spacious and the housekeeper works hard to keep the place clean. Christina the manager is also very responsive and helpful. We were initially worried about carrying our luggage down the caldera but we were assisted by Teo the porter who is super strong and fast.

Good location, excellent facilities for me and my family. Breakfast included was great to have. Communication with Christina was great, very easy to deal with and went above and beyond to assist and make our stay comfortable. Porter to assist with bags was a big bonus, worth his weight in gold. Rooms were fantastic, had everything we needed and were very clean. Location is very convenient and well located to everything in Firas.

Breakfast wasn't fantastic but for the price and convenience, it's not a major complaint.

Location is superb, stunning views of the caldera, sunset and Fira from our private terrace. Very quiet despite being in the centre of town. Very spacious, beds and pillows were super comfy, plenty of hot water and toiletries. More importantly, staff were just amazing. Christina, the manager - more like a friend, great communication via WhatsApp even before arrival, recommended some fabulous restaurants, and allowed late check-out and arranged for our luggages to be brought to the bus station. And the superman, Teo who single handedly brought all 4 small suitcases and 4 hand luggage up all those steps - God bless you. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve been to Santorini few times and this property is the best one I’ve stayed so far. Beautiful and perfectly located in Fira. Rooms are spacious and match the photos online. The unbeatable views from the terrace is topnotch. The hosts were so lovely and kind, always responding fast to the queries, making sure our stay is wonderful. Breakfast was served daily and very good to start the day. I will definitely be back!

The bathroom flush was little slow but not a big deal.

Location is awesome and view from terrace was breathtaking. Perfect spot to see the sunset from your terrace. Apartment was very clean, the owner Christina was super helpful. Always helped with any queries and arranged taxis for us, even sent a guy to help us with our luggage when we reached late at night. Breakfast was very very good with many choices. This place was beautiful and will recommend everyone .

Christina was a fabulous and helpful host. She organised a lovely guy to help with our bags and recommendations of restaurants. The accommodation is gorgeous and spacious. It was on the walking route from Fira to Oia trail, so very handy. We had drinks at night and breakfast on the terrace upstairs that had breathtaking views 😍. Unfortunately, there was a bit of cloud, so we didn't get the beautiful sunset, but it was sensational anyway. Don't miss Skaros Rock, it was worth the climb to the amazing church perched on the other side that you can't see from above. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

As in most places we’ve stayed in Europe, the hot water tanks are small and run out of hot water rather quickly. But the beautiful surroundings, patios, upper level deck more than made up for it!

The room was quite large with very small windows so naturally it is darker than usual and felt quite damp, attracting mosquitos, but it was fine as there is strong ventilation and dehumidifier in the room. WiFi was not good at all unfortunately, barely loading messengers, and the is no phone signal there, so was a bit limited.

Absolutely lovely cave alike charming hotel and the room. Location is perfect and only 2-4 minutes walk from the main streets with restaurants and shops. 7 mins walk to the bus station. Christina was very helpful in resolving any issues and questions.

Lovely location and the most helpful host. She guided us how to reach, helped us with arranging, a taxi and also with our suitcases, which is not an easy thing, given the steps !! She guided us on how to get to the buses and how to reach Oia and Pyrgos. The cave house itself was cozy, and we loved the breakfast ❤️ Even on the day we were to leave, since we were leaving a little early, she helped us with a pre-packed breakfast for that morning too! which she absolutely didn’t have to, but she did it out of goodwill. I totally recommend the place.

The location is so perfect for all the tourist spots. The staff is friendly, accommodating and very helpful. All that's been asked and requested was granted right away. The man staff (sorry I didn't get his name) makes sure that our stay is perfect which happened. He arranged all out transfers from hotel to Oia. The view from there terrace is amazing and relaxing. I love everything about this property. Thank you and I really appreciate you guys.
