Nothing, everything was wonderful!

Everything with this hotel was perfect and couldn’t be better. I would have given more than five star if I could. The location was excellent, calm and still a few steps from downtown. The view was stoning and better than the restaurants we went that has sunset views. The room was comfortable with nice design, even better than the photos on the site. The jacuzzi was very large, clean and completely private with an excellent view. More important than all, the staff including the manager Lola, Afrim and the cleaning lady were all super kind and cooperative. Afrim helped to take our luggage to our room and was bringing a wonderful breakfast to our room every morning. Lola was very warm and welcoming and gave us good information. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Santorini!

Breakfast items (bread, croissants, pastries) would be even better if they were a bit fresher and tastier

The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The separate indoor jacuzzi pool was fantastic, and the large balcony with its breathtaking caldera view made the whole experience feel like a dream. This was our second stay here, and once again, we truly had a wonderful time. We also want to thank them for the lovely farewell gift; such a thoughtful gesture.

EVERYTHING! The room, the view, the location, the personnel, the breakfast, the jacuzzi, the sunset. I can keep going on for hours. This stay was a dream for us. The villa is so private, we had an amazing time. The porter took great care of us and did everything he could to accommodate our requests. If we come back to Santorini we would stay here again.

Extremely helpful staff, met us at the car to ensure we found the room and even carried our luggage. Provided plenty of good recommendations for food and activities on the island. The room was very well setup with heaps of space and Netflix was a nice touch. Breakfast delivered in the morning so you can enjoy it with the amazing view. We had an early flight but the staff where still there ready to help with bags and organised our transfer.

BREATHTAKING EXPERIENCE!!! It’s hard to describe using the right words. Fira Deep Blue is perfect since the first moment I booked our room, when I got a message from Lola greeting me and giving me some initial guidances. Lola is one of the best that I’ve seen in the business, supporting us all the way through and helping us with reservations, ideas and more. Afrim is everywhere within the hotel and he’s very nice! And Lina that’s always smiling and willing to help. Perfect Team! Besides that, very comfortable and spacious room, an amazing breakfast that is served in our room, a jacuzzi in our balcony and the view… The view is something impossible to describe. We are in the middle of the Caldera, you can see the volcano, the port and Oia. Walking distance to the Main Street of Fira I strongly recommend Fira Deep Blue, talk to Lola and you’ll have a perfect time in Fira

The location is superb. Few steps away from the city center of Fira . The suite was perfect specially with the indoor heated jacuzzi. Very good breakfast being brought to the room every day

The hotel staff met us at the van drop off to be sure we knew how to find the amazing cliff side location of the hotel. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and helpful. The view was stunning, the room was large and the service was impeccable! The hotel is walking distance to everything in Fira. Don’t hesitate to book a stay here!

The apartment and location were absolute perfection. The furniture in the apartment was a bit different from the photos, but otherwise the pictures in the listing are spot on! The view was fantastic and the location was incredibly convenient to the center of Fira. We visited during the off-season and really enjoyed the lack of crowds. We stayed in the Cave Suite, which is located above the Villa and below the Deluxe Suite. There was someone in the Villa when we were there and we barely noticed them. The pool was perfect and very spacious. Our hosts were very helpful in suggesting places to eat. The breakfast each morning was chosen from a list the day before and was very filling and delicious.

Lots of stairs but that’s Greece. The view was worth it!!

Incredible view. Sitting over the cliff you feel like you’re the only ones watching the sunset. Staff was great with homemade breakfast every morning. Lola made our experience even better. Whatever we needed or wanted to do she was on it. Private room with private mini pool the Executive Suite is the way to go.
