It's a bit far into town (around 30-35 minutes walk) however if you rent a car or a moped its no issue. We walked around 25 minutes to a really nice beach (EOT) and it wasn't too bad. The nearest beaches are stone beaches, if you want sand you'll have to get a taxi.

Our host Mike was amazing, we got an incredible welcome from him and he was so helpful during our whole stay. He gave us everything we needed and more. Just fantastic! Our room was nice and spatious, clean and with a really nice balcony. The view was amazing.

Unfortunately our bathroom wasn’t draining properly however, Mike had this fixed as soon as we raised it. Next, the Wi-Fi did not reach past the entrance of our room. Would recommend an extender be put in.

Mike and his mother were such lovely hosts! They gave us awesome recommendations for beaches and restaurants. The place was in an amazing location, and they allowed us to check in early and check out late at no cost. Overall a great experience!

Mike is a great host, very nice and friendly, always ready to help. The accommodation is in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the sea. The shower is clean and the beds are comfortable. I definitely recommend it!

really great week experience, the room was cozy and with all the comforts. there is also a shared kitchen that you can use whenever you want. the bathroom really nice and comfortable, pay attention to the toilet paper. Mike was really kind, he made us feel at ease and helped us with the visit to Zakynthos, he was always very helpful with us! If we return to Zakynthos we will definitely stay in this structure again, we recommend it!

Just a 30 min walk from Zante town, this property gave me tranquility and relaxation I had hoped for. Simple but comfortable room with all the amenities needed, but with a balcony that provides the most wonderful view to both sunrise and sunset. It was such a delight waking up and watching the colours of the sky change from pitch black to blue, flooded with the most vibrant orange colours from the sun rising. There's a cute café just 5 mins (uphill) away, offering similarly lovely views, and amazing Baklava! There's a small semi-private beach just 5 mins down the road that I only ever shared with two other people - serene. Lastly, Mike went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and was comfortable. Greek hospitality at its finest, even after check-out - Mike was so kind, and drove me to the airport in the evening. Thank you so much for everything, Mike! My four days on Zakynthos were just beautiful!

We had the best of the welcomes that I’ve ever experienced. Mike is in fact, a 20/10 host. He was attentive at any time needed. Furthermore, room was very clean and had incredible views to the sea. Our stay in Zakinthos couldn’t have been better.

Clean room with amazing sea view and very welcoming hosts. Mike and his mother instantly made us feel at home. He even offered to take us to the airport by car. It's very good value for the money. Keep in mind that it may seem a bit far from town if you're not used to walking, but for us it was a pleasant walk by the sea. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone. Thanks for the great experience! :)

-The bed made noise when I moved during the night (it's not a problem if you have a deep sleep). -The Wi-Fi didn't function reliably and had frequent interruptions. These issues were a bit inconvenient, but they were outweighed by the overall positive experience at the hotel.

At Fiore Rooms, we had an incredible experience, all thanks to Mike. We want to express our appreciation for his exceptional kindness and helpfulness. Mike's warm welcome and his willingness to assist with anything we needed made our stay truly enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, the view was just breathtaking only staying on the balcony is alone a good way to relax, and Mike's hospitality was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend Fiore Rooms, and we'll definitely be back!

Wi-Fi was a little bad but you’re on an island so can’t expect much

Fantastic! Everything you need, right in between two little towns. I would recommend renting a moped or car. Mike and his mother were so friendly and they even left us a nice honeymoon gift :)

The mattress was uncomfortable. Some parts of the room were not clean when we arrived (things on the fridge, parts of the floor).

The view was fantastic, we saw the sunrise several times in the morning from the large balcony. There was a shower cabin in the bathroom. We had a fridge and an electric kettle in the room. Every three days there was a cleaning and also the sheets and the towels were changed. We had some welcome beer and snack. Parking inside the property.

There was a bottle of wine and a bottle of water when I arrived. The host has shown the hospitality that I have not seen before. Since I did not rent a car, he gave me rides to the grocery store, the tour, and the bus station. I learned a lot about Zakynthos and Greece. I ate at the restaurants that he recommended and where the locals go. All the restaurants are great. My room has a large balcony facing the ocean. The sunrise is amazing. I am glad that I stayed here and had Mike as the host. I would definitely come back and stay in this place.

Our stay in Fiore Rooms was incredible! The sea view from the balcony is truly amazing. The host Mike is really kind and very helpful with everything you need. We liked it so much, we decided to extend our stay spontaneously.

Nothing to complain about.

The sea view was gorgeous. The room was very clean. The accomodation is located in a quiet part of the island, with just a five minutes drive to Zakynthos town and to Tsilivi beach.
