The location was amazing, right in the heart of downtown Oia. You can easily walk to everything important to see or do in Oia, including dining, shops, the blue-domed churches, etc. There were also nearby markets to buy food, snacks, and alcohol for cheaper too.

In the most perfect location. Staff wouldnt let us even touch our suitcases, they were amazing. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The pool and views were to die for

The property is in a perfect location in oia. It’s not in the hustle of the blue domes but less than a 5 min walk. The breakfast each morning was delicious and very filling. The pool was stunning and very relaxing.

The views were stunning from the rooms. Unlike many other hotels your room was private and not overlooked from the main road. the staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for you. Would recommend. Location is perfect.

We loved the staff, location and the pool was great with amazing views of the caldera! Staff met us as we got there and directed us to our villa which was super helpful! We got a big TASTY breakfast every morning

Our room was lovely and clean but the decor could have been upgraded.

The location and the staff were amazing, especially Ivan and Dooreem. The location made it easy to get anywhere in Oia and the view was beautiful.

A lot of stairs

The room was spacious and well decorated. Attentive and helpful staff. Great breakfast served at your private patio with sea view. Heated tub was excellent.

We loved every moment of our stay in this suite. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the service was top-notch, the view from our room was stunning, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

We loved the rooms, it's cute and cozy. Complete with essential toiletries which by the way were RITUALS brand. We love our breakfast spread by the jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. The hotel is also near to everything. The staff were amazing, especially Elsa, the receptionist who welcomed us in the morning and enthusiastically gave us info about our stay in Oia.

Perfect location. Great view. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff who went over and beyond to make our stay so special. We were particularly impressed by Ivan. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was superb.

Location was excellent with Caldera View. Very friendly staff especially Elsa was great. Breakfast was customized to our requirements as we are vegetarians. We also booked Yatch cruise and professional photographer through Filotera and our experience was great.

There was not smallest fault there

Honestly this place is underrated. We couldn’t find any fault. Top location close to everywhere , amazing breakfast breathtaking views so kind and helpful staff . I will definitely go back and recommend to check this place out. You will not be disappointed. Oh and yes the massage experience on the outside area with this views was just adding cherry to the cake . 🍰

We did get the room at a good rate however, if you were to pay full price, the room did seem a little tired and dated in places for the money you spend. There was also a bit of an insect infestation by our hotel room door which was a bit gross. The hotel did sort it that night in a short term measure by spraying dettol aresol but feel it should be something that is maintained generally. It looked like the insects had been there a while and were nesting in the door itself! When we informed the receptionist upon checkout she didn't seem bothered or apologetic.

The hotel is in a lovely location in Oia with views of the sea and coastline and the caldera. Nice and quiet and even more beautiful at night from your very own jacuzzi. Breakfast was lovely in the morning, either to have by the pool or on your terrace. Plenty to choose from, you get a bread/ croissant basket with jams as standard and then to choose 3 plates per person.You could choose fruit, pancakes, omelette, eggs, bacon, sausage etc. The room is equipped with everything you need - hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, complimentary drinks in the minibar, bottle of wine, dressing gowns and slippers. All the staff were lovely apart from one reception lady when we checked in/out who seemed a little off.

The location is amazing and the rooms are very nice. Staff is amazing. The only thing I recommend is to change the mattress of the beds frequently. Otherwise everything else was great. Their breakfast choice delivered at your patio or anywhere around the pool is a treat not to be missed

Hot tub was a little bit old and not very clean

Excellent location, in the center of Oia but in a quiet area, without crowds or noise. Incredible views of the Caldera from the pool. Very good and friendly attention from all the staff. Recommended accommodation.

Everything was wonderful!!

The second we got to Filotera, we felt so comfortable and at ease. The location and views of this hotel is unbelievable. You quite literally cannot be in a better location. The hotel is situated right on the stunning Oia path. The hotel also offered us parking for our rental car which was a huge plus. We want to say a huge thank you to Irini. She paid attention to every detail and made us feel at home. She took into account what we wanted to do during our time in Oia and created a personalized itinerary for us- booking all the restaurants and giving her honest opinions. Irini is honestly what made our trip so wonderful. She was so sweet, patient and paid attention to all the small details. The breakfast was wonderful- we were able to try a variety of dishes from fruit, crepes to omelettes and Greek coffees. We looked forward to the breakfast every morning. The jacuzzi was a nice touch after a long day exploring. Everything was superb. I highly recommend this hotel- not only for the views/location but for the management (thank you Irini)
