We had a fantastic stay at Fillippos Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met—even taking care of our laundry, which was a huge help. Every request we had, big or small, was handled with a smile and efficiency. It really made us feel welcome and well looked after. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

- In description its stated 2 bathrooms, though in fact only one of them has toilet. It was surprise for us. - there is some trouble with water pipes in big bathroom, though not critical. But i recommend to recheck(to hotel) and fix.

- these appartments are Big. Many space. - hotel managers hospitality. All troubles were resolved quickly - good parking under olive trees - kitchen has all you need - amazing new coach in dining room - very good mattresses. People with spine troubles will be satisfied - good clean pool - quiet here8

- The breakfast menu needs to be updated. Same food every day is not ideal for people which come to stay more than 7 days in the same place.

- we’ve stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and it offered to us enough space for 2 kids and 4 adults - staff was really helpful and kind - room cleaning was done right - the swimming pool is always clean - value for money is very high from food, to location facilities - 4’ walk to many nice beaches

I will give this feedback for the owners to pay a better attention to details and for customers to be informed. We were here 11 days. So we have a clear opinion. The breakfast. I read reviews in advance and i wad prepared about the bad coffee and total lack of diversity. But i couldnd believe its that bad. The worst coffee in my life.. if i could call it coffee because it was colored water. They sell better coffee from the machine for 3 euros and this really bugged me each day. Why give this bad taste to your tourists to start each morning with this bad feeling? I find the breakfast bad: too hard eggs untill they are green, loe quality cereals, compot fruits for the yogurt not fresh, the worst olives i ever had, dry and with a powerful vinegar taste (we buy ourselves others frin the store; any was better). All salami was the cheep version. Nothing changed in 11 days. The terrace was full of bees and you hardly eat outside. The rooms were basic. One glass for three poople. Hard matress. Armoir with 5 standers.. where to put the clothes? Better install some shelves so people can put thier clothes. No human touch like a bit of color in the room, a painting like i saw in other hotels to bring a but of joy with little expense. Thr bathroom very basic, no space to put your things. You should bring your own higiene items as the hotel provides very basic stuff like a small soap and some cheep all in one shampoo - we had ours from the store. Last, the pool: first year to open the pool and the program was 9 to 7. Usually you want to swin in the morning before breakfast and late afternoon while you are not on the beach. The program was made arround the personnel program not of the tourists. I recommend to change the program to take into consideration the tourists habits and preferences. Nothing to buy from the pool/ no bar at the terrace to spend some evening time with your famully but also nothing allowed from outside (like a beer).

I choosed this location for the position: surrounded by olive trees, close to the beach. I liked the fact that it was clean, they cleaned the rooms and changed towles daily. I liked they had moschito nets.

Nice hotel with multiple buildings in a decent and quiet (residential) area. Large room, clean. Kind staff at the reception. Breakfast available with plenty of stuff for everyone. Good positioning within few hundreds of meters from beaches. Generours parking places (in an olive orchid nearby).
