Breakfast / meals would be perfect. Although nearby bakery and restaurants. Pool closed 2 -5pm, assume for siesta? Not ideal with children! We did however ask the owner who said we were allowed to swim 😊

The only drawback was the lack of electrical sockets in the kitchen- living room area. Internet connection is not great but this is not an issue when you’re on holiday.

We enjoyed the authenticity of the place and the little details such as the gardens, the small sitting areas around the hotel and the labelling of the rooms. The room was very comfortable for a family, really clean and had two bathrooms, which was useful. Kids loved the swimming pool and the the sun beds! Overall, we had a great stay and we would happily come back for more days.

The kitchenette could use some renovation. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak, but that’s not so important when you’re on holiday.

The accommodation is nice and in a good location, with parking available and a swimming pool on site. There is a beautiful view of the sea. Restaurants, a small shop, and a great bakery are nearby. Daily cleaning was provided, and towels were changed every three days.

Be aware that the pool's paint is leaking nad colours everything that touches the walls of the pool! We didn't notice that and it is almost impossible to get it off yourself. There are many cats around the property, almost coming into the studio and many many wasps, be careful.

Modern spacious studio. Large bed and efficient air-co. The quality of the property is very high, the employees take care a lot of it, cutting grass, cleaning the pool. The view is very nice and the pool sorroundings luxurious.

The bathroom was extremely compact and the shower needed refurbishing, cracked tiles and tray. The room was a studio on the ground floor and the patio doors didn’t lock and the response was that we shouldn’t worry as it’s very safe area, but they don’t know how trustworthy their guests are, so it needs addressing. The other ground floor studios had the same problem.

Only stayed for two nights, we wanted a place with a pool not far from the airport and this was ideal. Very quiet, great pool, clean basic facilities. Good air con.

Beautiful Location Quiet Everything you need for a low key stay. Great Stay, Wonderful Location but we'd say a car is a must for getting to the beaches and generally great for getting about the island. There is a bakery / supermarket and 4 restaurants within 15 mins, but for the restaurants and bakery its hilly. Its quiet, and the grounds are outstanding if you love flowers / plants / bids, then its a great place.... Its perfect for a low key stay. We stayed off season and it was very quiet, and peaceful and a really great base for Airport and the beaches.

The bathroom was in need of a facelift, but it was clean and everything worked well - so this was purely cosmetic. This is no reflection on the property, but you do really need a car to get the best out of your stay. The local supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance, but it is very hilly to walk back up hill to the property. The owner did charge me a tax of 2 euros per night despite me saying that my booking stated 'all taxes included'. This is perhaps something to double check as you make your booking. It didn't spoil my stay, because this place is very good value for money anyway.

The property and grounds were exceptionally well cared for. Everyday the outdoor areas were swept and hosed down, and the pool was checked and cleaned. The room was also thoroughly cleaned everyday, by two cleaners, who swept the floor, mopped it and emptied the bathroom and kitchen bins. My room had a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea and the pool. This room (109) was separate to the main block of rooms and so it felt very private. I would definitely choose this room again, but other people I chatted to around the pool said that their rooms were lovely.

Initially we were provided with a room that did not meet our needs or expectations. Crumbling ceilings, rotting wood, flooded bathroom, etc.

Once we were moved to a decent room, everything was great.

A Slight upgrade to the bathroom could’ve been good, But no big draw. In our room, the bathroom was also quite small, But decent.

We really appreciated the garden, the view, the pool and the ambience surrounding the entire residence. Relaxing and beautiful. Would love to go back.

The internet is almost non-existent...even the mobile signal is very bad. We did not try the breakfast because it seems to have been removed from the offer during our stay, which is very strange because it was mentioned in the offer.

Really nice accommodation and great pool. The location is very good and very quiet. The apartment itself is comfortable, although it may need a little of refurbishment. Decent parking. Thanks for assistance with parking on the very first day to the owner.

Unfortunately no breakfast or bar service, But very close to an excellent bakery and other restaurants. Obviously a problem with the pool when we stayed as it was a bit cloudy and off colour. But they were working on it twice a day trying to rectify.

It was perfect for a week in Greece. We hired a car and there was more than enough parking. Room was great and loved the balcony area to sit on an evening. There was always room at the pool and staff were so lovely and friendly.
