We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a real highlight with delicious homemade bread and pastries, fresh local fruit, and great coffee. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Our hosts, Nikos and Manolia, were so kind and courteous, and they went out of their way to make our stay great, they shared local information, recommended restaurants and beaches. Will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Crete!!!

Beautiful surroundings, a lovely quiet street, and private parking. Very good breakfasts too :D On top of all that, it’s located on the edge of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea and the beautiful beach. Bazaar streets and small shops are nearby, and it’s easy to reach the main road. We spent wonderful days here and will definitely return if we travel to Crete again.

We had such a great week at this lovely family-run hotel. Nikos and Manolia were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They truly embody the Greek spirit of φιλοξενία—warm, generous hospitality that makes you feel like part of the family. Whether it was finding the best local restaurants, hiring a car, or discovering beautiful nearby beaches, they always had the perfect suggestions. They really made us feel at home – we’d definitely come back!

The property is a very cozy apartment with very polite staff members. The apartment is very close to the beach (2 minutes by foot), very clean and the breakfast is delicious with a lot of food. There are also good restaurants nearby as well as markets.

The bathroom door was made of glass and wasn't able to close like a door it was more like half a saloon door.

The staff was exceptional. They were were polite, eager to help us, and give information. The room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. All in all we were very satisfied.

We arrived around 10am and the owners greeted us so kindly, even though check-in wasn’t until 2pm. They gave us tips about the area, which has great vibes — the beach is just a 5-minute walk and there are lots of nearby restaurants. We checked in at 12:30 and were blown away by the suite. I had requested a small surprise for my boyfriend (his birthday + our anniversary), and they delivered with champagne, cake, and cute decorations (for extra charge ofc). The room was spotless every day, and breakfast was amazing — way more than we expected. We’re not big breakfast people but this was like a 5-course meal: eggs, pastries, biscuits, breads, desserts, fruits, cheese, ham, vegetables — and a lot of it homemade! They even have their own garden, so you know the fruits and veggies are fresh. My only small tip would be to shower before it gets dark, since the hot water seemed to depend on solar power. After coming back late one night, the water was just lukewarm. Overall, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!

Our apartment didn’t quite match the ‘promo’ photos—looks like not all units in the building have been renovated. But honestly… it didn’t matter much. The overall experience was really enjoyable!

A well-run, welcoming family business with super friendly and nice hosts, Convenient direct bus connection from the airport (every 15 min - travel time approx 45’- ticket 2,5€) Peaceful location away from tourist crowds and noise Delicious individually served breakfast featuring homemade Greek specialties. Spacious apartment. Cleaning and fresh towels every day. We have been upgraded free of charge to bigger apartment.

The really only downside was no lobby or meeting spot outside of the room, and rooms compact enough to make getting together challenging. I’m sure if we asked, the owners would have allowed us to hang out in the area used for breakfast, but we just went across the street to a restaurant (very good food also).

Breakfast exceptional! Homemade delicacies with typical homemade quantity (plenty). Varied food for anyone’s taste. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Good water pressure and temperature. Bed was above average. Owners are the operators and are very helpful with extras and calling taxis, etc.

This is a truly family run business. It’s not outsourced to a property manger. Breakfast is made on site and fresh. They definitely aim to please you and hospitality is a high aim. Great property. Close to the beach. Would highly recommend. Great value for the price!

It is very comfortable and clean! The facility is very good and complete . What we liked the most is the fact that the owners and all people work there are extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast is fantastic: many kinds and more than sufficient! You can ask anything you would like and they bring it on your table! All food are brought personally by the owner with care!

The property was very clean and the spaces were very generous. I have no words to describe the breakfast, which was huge, very divers and super fresh - always made with local ingredients. But, I think that, the best value for money of staying at the Ermis Suites represent the owners - an extraordinary family, extremely kind and ready to assist. If not for the excellent accommodation, or the location (50m of the seaside) or the breakfast, you must go to meet this fantastic family!
