In a great location for visiting the areas both north and south of Preveza an added bonus are the fabulous sunsets. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and really make you feel at home. The apartments are clean and towels changed every couple of days. Hope to stay there again soon.

It's a bit noisy from passing cars with more gas intensity.

The hotel is really about 40 meters from the nearby free, wilder beach. By car, you can go in 5-10-15 minutes to nearby sandy beaches with crystal water and beach bars, where you only pay for consumption, not for sunbeds. There are good taverns in the village, very close by. The hosts are very nice and always ready to help. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional welcome and assistance from Dimitris and Georgia. Mitikas is a quiet unspoiled village but has restaurants, minimarts, bakeries and cafes. There is a cliff-backed sand and pebble beach 3 minutes from the apartment and an immense tree-shaded fine shingle beach 25 mins walk. The water is clean and great for snorkeling. The other tourists are Greek. In the afternoon there is a cooling breeze on the balcony, which looks towards the sunset. There's a bus that runs along the coast.

Would have enjoyed the bad more if it had a harder mattress.

Very informative host with a good grasp of English. We were upgraded to a larger apartment. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well furnished. I enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Seems like a good stay for families with children.

First impression. When we arrived we were confused where is a beach, should we use a car going for a beach, where are restaurants, shops, bakeries???? The place looks like isolated at the end of the urban area. However with the first walk you will find that everything is available nearby .

The apartment is comfortable, equipped with everything somebody may need during the holidays. Moreover, despite kitchen facilities there are bikes to use for free, some beach equipment etc. If you need something not present in the apartment, communicate the owners, they will help. The beach is in front of the facilities, everything is close, just several minutes of walking…

The kitchen facilities were a little outdated. The stove top was very hard to figure out how to use because the knobs weren't very intuative.

It was peaceful and in a great location for the beach. The host was so friendly and kind. They allowed us to check in earlier than we had planned.

nothing we had a great time

The location is perfect, 1 min walk to the beach. We booked for 7, large apartments. Watch sunrise and sunset from balcony ....stunning. Hosts are amazing, go out of their way to help you, so kind and generous, please don't hesitate to book here. Family run business, all are so friendly. Bikes can be used for free to tour area, we saw the amazing coastline on the track along the beach for miles. Good restaurants, reasonable priced.

There is a smell emanating from the drains in the bathroom. But it’s manageable if you close the door. The lack of blackout curtains (room 14) but luckily it’s west facing so it’s manageable. Also I could hear the baby next door and even snoring (!) - again it was manageable - I still managed to sleep!

Ocean view with balcony and two lines front and back to dry wet things after a day at the beach. The owner Dimitris was very nice and was happy to make arrangements for me if required. I liked that it’s very low-key, I could borrow the bike for free, the beach chairs, umbrella etc all free, and I was able to have breakfast next door (another hotel/apartment) with Dimitris’ cousin. I felt very looked after and “at home”.
