They treated us like family. My girlfriend has glutenu free diet, and it was no problem to choose from the menu - they even bring separated food. Don't be afraid to ask.

Absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in an unbeatable location — right on the beach, with stunning views. Manos and his family were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, a great way to start the day. I also want to mention their honesty and kindness — I accidentally left my jewellery in the apartment, and Manos kept it safe for me until I could return to collect it. That really says everything about the way they treat their guests. I would recommend Seaside by Manos without hesitation and can’t wait to come back!

We were 7 days in Seaside by Manos. All staffs are so friendly, nice and really take care of the guest. The breakfast was good, everthing you need is provided. We got new renovated room, which was really nice with the side view of of Kamari Beach. The location is very good, many restaurants, supermarket and beachfront. Very recommended place to stay in Santorini.

There was nothing to dislike. It was perfect.

It was beautiful. Exactly as the pictures. Manos and his wife daughter and staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had breakfast every day which was very lovely and we ate in the evening and the food was amazing. The pool was wonderful and our room very clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast overlooking the beach as it was literally a few steps away from the hotel.

Everything was clean, and right at your fingertips. Pool was fantastic, but the best part were the hosts Manons and Ela. They were so welcoming and friendly.

The landlord of the hotel is a truly nice couple. They are immensely helpful and kind to you. If you need anything like where to rent a car/quad etc or anything else they will help you. U can feel the real Greek hospitality

What a gem of a hotel! Manos & Xrisanna can’t do enough for you, they made us feel so welcome in their beautiful hotel. Breakfast was delicious each morning, as were the drinks and evening meals. The homemade Armoneville dessert is fantastic. The hotel location is perfect too, a great base for exploring the island. We instantly felt relaxed after being there only a few hours and can’t wait to return

Having to leave!!

Located immediately across a small road / promenade from the beach with many restaurants and several shops all within a short walking distance. Our room was a very good size with comfortable bed and great sea view from our large balcony (room 5). A great choice of foods at breakfast served to you - not buffet style but you could always ask for more if you wanted it. Very nice restaurant and bar area with good choice of drinks and food. The best thing of all here is the personal attention of Manos, his wife, family and staff. They are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to ensure that your stay is really enjoyable.

It was perfect.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. An amazing family atmosphere in the most beautiful location. We especially appreciated the little extras, such as a slice of homemade galatopita (I had to come home and make it myself, but it isn't as good!). Don't hesitate to book here and get up for the amazing sunrise!

We stayed at Seaside 28 years ago when it first opened. We loved it then and we love it now. Manos was a young lad then and helped his father, Giorgos around the hotel. Manos, just like his dad, is very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel has been divided between Manos and his brother, Nikos. It’s been extended and modernised. Our room was spacious with a lovely bathroom with a super powerful shower. Everything was spotless.

Beachfront property with a pool and lounge chairs on the beach. Breakfast was included and was delightful. Meals are available at the outdoor dining area, which is beautiful and look out on the Mediterranean Sea. Manos, his wife, and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a fabulous stay.

Beach was hard to get in the water. Ricky and slippery but not sea breeze fault.

We actually stayed next door sea breeze because of a mix up. Nicholas was great! Very hospitable. We felt like family. The beach beds were free for guests. Pool was clean.

It’s difficult to bath where the free sunbeds are, because it’s stony and slippery right there. It’s easier to bath other places at Kamari beach.

Beautiful rooms by the sea, clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely but you have the beach steps away. The staff is warm, kind and helpful. Don’t hesitate to book here!

I didn't like that it was such a short vacation..

Everything about this place is top 10: huge terrace with a seaside view, beautiful, traditional and clean room (cleaning is done every day), nice pool (cleaned every night), and very important very very very nice people that manage to do everything great from food (at really good prices) to atmosphere (which is always welcoming). Enjoying every moment and thinking about moving here! ♥️🥳🏝️
