Just a minor note - the floors in the apartment were a gloss tile and VERY slippery when wet.

The apartment was immaculately clean, as was the outside area and pool. The owners Eleni and Fanis were lovely, so helpful and very accommodating. They very kindly allowed us to have a very late check out as our flight home was in the evening. Big thank you to you both.

We know the area. Arrived on foot. Met by the lovely host. Got our key and wifi code and were good to go. The apartment was excellent. 2 bedrooms. Good quality air con and fittings in kitchen and bathroom. Very clean. Modern. Really nice terrace with outdoor furniture. Outdoor space and pool immaculate. The sunset views 5 ⭐️. Close to all amenities in AG.

There is no TV, but we did not miss it at all. Everything was great!

We had the most wonderful holiday week at Fanis. The apartment is perfect for 4 people (two separate rooms + living room/kitchen, but you spend anyway the whole time outside at the terrace, in the pool or at the beach. Eleni is the most carrying and nice person we have met, she makes you feel at home immediately. The apartment was cleanwd every day with fresh towels, the pool is absolutely clean and huge and the beach and Ionian see are just a miracle. We a recommend this accommodation 200%, you will enjoy every evening the sunset from your garden.

An absolutely perfect and outstanding place with a great view, just next to the beach. The apartment was spacious, beautiful and well-equipped. The pool was clean and shared by only three apartments — at times, it felt like our own private pool. Many thanks to the hosts, who fully supported us and thoughtfully provided various small items to ensure a comfortable stay for a family with children.

We stayed here for 9 nights and had a lovely holiday. Perfect setting right on the beach, with great sunsets every evening. The hosts Elenis and Fanis were lovely and always on hand to help with any issues or questions. There are lots of very good restaurants only a few minutes walk along the beach. We swam in the sea most days, rented a motorboat on the beach for an hour, and rented a car for a day to visit Corfu Town.

There was a small problem with the hot water supply on one of the days (I think due to mixed weather conditions the week of our stay) but Fanis was quick to sort it out. Apart from that, everything was just perfect!

The location of the apartment is great. It's reached on foot by walking along the beach boardwalk from the centre. Only takes a few minutes and means you are a little off the beaten track and it's quieter in this section of the beach. Beach stony out front but it's only a short walk to the sandier section by the town centre. The apartment itself is clean and has everything you need. Great outside space (private patio area and shared pool space) with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture and you are right next to the beach so you get the best of both worlds! Eleni was an excellent host and was really helpful. She met us off the Green Bus when we arrived - she also booked a taxi for us when we headed off to Paleokastrista a few days later. Eleni kept the place spotless, giving us fresh towels, etc, during our stay, and answered all of our questions, of which there were many!! Fanis was great also and we felt very welcome during our stay.

Our taxi struggled to find the apartments, we called Eleni who spoke with the driver and it was just a short walk from the end of the beach road along the 'boardwalk'. We couldn’t seem to get cold water in the bathroom sink.

Super little apartments right on the beach, spotlessly clean, good air conditioning, well equipped with friendly and helpful owners. Eleni speaks and writes good English. The pool is great, there are inflatables to borrow, plenty of outside seating and sun loungers to enjoy the fabulous sunsets. Lots of little extras provided, pool towels, washing up liquid and cloths plus a few basic things in the kitchen such as oil and seasoning which really make a difference. There are lots of reasonably priced tavernas nearby in the little resort, we didn't do any catering. We were a bit concerned about mosquitos in the apartment (& Corfu in general) but used the nets provided over the beds, put on repellent and kept the doors closed and we were absolutely fine. The beach directly in front of the apartment is quite stony and difficult to get in the sea without beach shoes on (I think there are some you can borrow). The sand in the middle of the resort is better and only a 3 minute walk. Free sunbeds in some places if you eat there. Prior to our arrival, I was a bit concerned that there weren't many reviews for these apartments. I think it must be because they are quite new. I would not hesitate in returning or recommending this property.

What a fabulous find Fanis Seafront apartments were! There was nothing to dislike at all and the apartment had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and we found the beds really comfortable too. The pool was lovey and a really good size and there were plenty of sunbeds and places to sit around the pool and watch the waves. Think this is the best place to stay in Agios Gordios as it was really quiet but only a short walk into the town where there were plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Elini and Fanis were fabulous hosts and really helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and we lost count of the amount of people who stopped to take photos and admire!

Absolutely no complaints.

Everything about this place is excellent. The pool, the apartment, all the things you need for a comfortable holiday are included- including everything you need to cook during your stay. The host Eleni is a true gem- very kind and helpful and was there every day to change the beds and bring fresh towels. There is paddle boards and sun loungers and parasols and the pool is a great size. I can't rate this place highly enough. The photos don't do this place justice- it is beautiful and in a great spot xx

It was the perfect location for summer holiday. The apartment is right on the beach and has a pool in front which is shared only with two other apartments. Close to the location there are restaurants with very good food and a couple of shops (also supermarkets). The host (Eleni) is a very nice person, she helped us with airport transfer, rentals and very good tips.

Our stay was fantastic! We had such a lovely relaxed time. Our 4 year old just loved the amazing pool which is just a few steps away from your apartment. The pool and rooms were clean and the 2 bedrooms fitted with very good, refreshing air conditioning in the super hot weather. Everything you need in the kitchen. Sounds silly but little things like having salt and pepper so you don't need to buy it just for a week and having moz plugs are all very good little touches that make a big difference in self catering. The beach and town are great, with yummy ice-cream shops. Eleni and Fanis are lovely hosts and go out there way to help in anyway possible. We arrived late and a bit lost but Eleni was on hand with helping us find our way and finding a car park space 3 mins walk away. Tip: Walk just 5 mins along from the apartment towards the town for the best spot on the beach.

The best place! Amazing Beach house, literally on the beach, very beautiful and comfortable and clean. great pool, nice and quiet. You have everything you need gor the pool and the beach. Nice restaurants, shops few minutes walk. Elani is great host. She will help you with everything you need. Hope to come back soon:)

Perfect location, the apartment is next to the restaurants and supermarkets. The sea with beautiful sandy beach is so close. The rooms were clean and with air conditioning. The host was very friendly and helpful with transportation. We really enjoyed our stay ☀️
