Very nice hotel. Pretty new and comfortable but the best is the location right in front of the beach. You always have a reserved umbrella for you on the beach. The staff is very polite.

Great location - at the seaside, with a large green lawn in front of the hotel, not crowded (we were there end of April). Breakfast was superb, the appartment was clean and comfortable. Hosts were really friendly.

Loved the fact that on the beach there is a set of sun beds reserved for your room. Housekeeping is offered every day. Breakfast is excellent 👌 Maria was very kind and helpful☺️

We encountered a communication problem regarding our booking and the host. Back in January when we initially made this reservation for 2 adults and 1 child at that time, Booking.com did not charge us, and the platform clearly stated that our child would stay for free. However, when we arrived at the destination, the host attempted to charge us as if our child were an adult, even though they did not provide all the services typically offered to adults. After some discussion, they did offer us a discount, but this was not the initial agreement we had made on Booking.com. To be honest, I wouldn't have had an issue with paying this amount if it had been clearly communicated from the beginning, rather than being a surprise upon arrival. I'm not sure whose fault this is, but Booking.com's communication in this situation was very poor, as they left us to resolve this issue with the host on our own. I now have reservations about bookings through Booking.com in the future, and I plan to explore the option of booking directly through the host or hotel websites moving forward.

The location is absolutely fantastic, situated right on the beach. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The venue and amenities are simply ideal, providing everything you require for a perfect vacation. The private beach access and reserved sunbeds for hotel guests enhance the experience, and they ensure clean towels are provided daily. Staying here in Stavros is undoubtedly one of the finest choices you can make. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

The curtain in the bathroom was broken but when we told them, they fixed it immediately. Actually also positive.

The hotel is next to the beach, it’s clean, the staff was very friendly & helpful. The sunbeds are numbered by the room number so no need to rezerve them. Great breakfast, small authentic town with many very good restaurants. One of the best places for family with kids.

Shower was small and the mould was building up. I have reported that to reception. Generally very clean and you feel very safe.

the part of the beach that belongs to the resort was not really nice, water was dirty and the beach is made of sand and rocks, so its not so pleasent to enter/leave water. In other words beach is not worthy visiting

The entire staff was amazing, from reception desk to restaurant staff, beach bar staff and cleaning/maintainence service. Pleasant, discreet and kind professionals. The property is maintained very well and looks very clean and comfy. Very close to everything and in a nice location.
