It is a huge difference between the reception area, which looks very clean and spacious, with nice massive wood furniture and the room that was offered for us. The room was a little too small for 4 persons, with old furniture (compared with the type of furniture in the lobby). Despite that we had a set of towels for the pool, there was no place to dry them, so pretty inconvenience. Also the bathroom did not look like a 4* hotel in terms of furniture and walls sandstone covering.

Very good position and the pool was amazing. A little too deep but very nice. I was amazed by how quiet it was. Actually I could sleep very deep and relaxing. Breakfast was very generous and enjoyable, but they repeated the same dishes every day.

The bathroom (at least the one in our room) needs some renovations. It gets the job done, and it was not extremely bad, but for the price, I would expect better.

The outdoor area is fantastic and beautiful. Initially, we were afraid that it was too far from the center, but it ended up being closer than expected. There are a couple of amazing restaurants close by, and Lidl is just a couple of minutes away. The views from our room were excellent!

We check in at 5PM and there were some workers working on the room next to us. They were putting floor and using electric saw to cut the floor parts. We left the apartment around 6PM and they were still working. Work started again in 7AM next morning and it was a problem for me, wanting to sleep. I think that 4 star hotel (as it appears) can't force the gusets to wake up at 7AM

The hotel is ok. Room was clean, toilet ok. Breakfast was average but good. Its a good hotel if you plan to visit Meteora or Trikala.

Cleanliness is an obvious questionmark. Our room was dirty on the balcony, which they cleaned as soon as we asked. But every day dirty cups, or such remained. Room to be improved.

Bathroom is very old and moldy, not compfortable to take a shower or use the toilet in this condition. Breakfast could be better.

Location is good, located in the edge of town but it's quit, spacious and across the beautiful big rocks. Hotel is beautiful and renovated, nice to take a walk in the yard. Room is lovely, retro style with balcony to a great view (either side of the hotel).

The wifi was terrible!! We tried server different networks offers by the hotel and they were all very weak and didn’t work in our room at all. Also, the beds were very hard, and there was no option to turn the heat off in the room, which with four people in the room became quite hot over night. There was a patio door but being on the ground floor there were many stray cats that were at the door to come in as soon as it was opened. A sliding screen on the patio door would have been helpful. Or if we had been on the upper door this may not have been an issue. Overall pleasant stay, if we were to come back we would request a room on the upper floor.

The location is perfect, very close to explore the monasteries in the area. The hotel grounds and lobby were beautiful, the pool was not yet open for the season when we stayed. Room was clean tidy and well appointed, yet a bit small for a quadruple. Breakfast buffet was good, many options for everyone.

Very organised and clean hotel. Although it kept it's traditional and oldish look, facilities were modern and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Location is close to meteora so you can easily go for a hike towards there as well.
