Loved it here and will be back! Excellent facilities with large sized rooms and newly renovated bathrooms. Beautiful pool and bar area. Very clean and well kept. Great location with easy access to Faliraki beach but also bus to anywhere in Rhodes. Best of all run by wonderful Greek family - feels just like a Family House.

Wonderful accommodation less than 50mtrs from supermarket, tavernas, wonderful patisserie, bus stops, but far enough from the traffic to be very quiet. Savas and his family are wonderful hosts, and nothing is too much trouble. Savas is at poolside every day and assists with any enquires in addition to good food and drinks. Excellent run business and would stay again.

Very friendly family run appointments say they only clean rooms 2 times a week but we had our done 3 times and nothing seams to much trouble for the staff would highly recommend

The family house is one of a kind. Not just for the facilities, and I'll get back to that, but also for the family. It is what it says, it's a family run business. They take pride in everything they do and present. You couldn't wish for a better service than you will receive here, and remember, we're talking self catering! 🤗 I'm a very honest person and I'll say it as it is. Yes, you can find cheaper self catering apartments in town but that is where your small savings will end. You would not get a spacious, above average sized apartment in faliraki. You wouldn't get grade A air conditioning. And did I mention the soundproof rooms? You're only a 5 minute walk from the main strip yet you wouldn't know it. So , back to the family house. The pool area is spotless. I've personally witnessed stamos cleaning the pool and all of the sunbeds nightly. The bar area is wonderful. It's under shelter, although in greek summertime that doesn't feel as cool as you want it to. Lol Savas, Nicole and stamos are there to look after you. They offer to alter your food order to benefit you. Nothing is too much trouble. And do it with a smile, and it's genuine. They really are a beautiful family. If you know, you know. Stamma does a fantastic job on the rooms. They are spotless. Towels are replaced and beds are stripped and remaid during my stay, I do 7 days, so very good. My family came with me this year and my grandson Jacob just loved it there. He didn't want to leave. He's 9. The family made him feel like part of them and he was smitten. He spoke about it for days. Lol I've stayed at the Family house with family, with friends and also been on my own and can definitely state that there is no better stay anywhere in faliraki that can beat this. Well done Family House. Can't wait to see you all again soon. Big love. 😎😎😘

Nothing we were very happy with our stay

Loved our stay at this gem in Faliraki. Location is excellent - It’s close to a bus stop but it’s not noisy. Close to a big supermarket and one of the nicest bakeries I’ve been to. 10-15 min walks to the downtown area and beach. Loved the clean and spacious apartment - enough room for us and our two teenage boys. The pool area is super nice as well - plenty of loungers and great vibe. The pool bar is also nice and the food there is good and very reasonably priced. Best of all is though the friendly staff that work there. I would highly recommend this place.

Tableware in the kitchen is very basic. A couple of vine glasses would be of help:) Sport bar next to the apartment was too loud for a couple of nights (we were during the EUR championship though, may be quieter other time:)).

Location is good. Everything is easy reachable. Staff is very friendly. Supermarket and good fish restaurant next to the apartment. Pool is clean and big enough.

Accommodation was comfortable, stuff was very friendly and helped us with everything, big positive was private pool with pool bar where they serve you coffee, drinks and also food. We had realy great time there and we can recommend for everyone. Very good, very nice, very beautiful! ♥️

Good place in Falliraki. Old but well kept studio with basic cooking facilities. The pool and the pool area is a definite plus. Friendly owners and just a few minutes by foot from the town center

Absolutely love these apartments and the family that work really hard to make the stay perfect. Rooms are very clean. Pool well looked after and bar area fully stocked. I didn't like having to leave to come home.

Family House has a very welcoming atmosphere. I felt welcomed and looked after by the wonderful people there from the moment of my arrival. I will definitely come back again. Air conditioning very good. Pool facilities and sunbeds Excellent. Pool clean and refreshing for a cooling dip. Pool bar makes delicious snacks. My room was serviced twice during my 7 days, with fresh bedding and towels. Great convenient location, not far from main parts but still quiet at night. I had no problems at all during my stay because Family House had catered for all their guests needs and show genuine care for their guests. I was travelling solo but I didn't feel alone there. I would highly recommend for other solo travellers, it is located very close to the beaches, tavernas and bars. Thank you Family House for making my trip so enjoyable.

3rd time staying here. Staff are excellent and friendly, making you feel like one of the family. Everywhere is exceptionally clean, with no dirty feet walking around the pool areas. Bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are 1 minute away, but don't hear any noise.

property was up to date nice rooms and location dtagm staff was very polite and the pool bar area was very relaxing

However wasn’t happy with the way we were spoken to by a member of staff for having our own water by the pool. ( no food or water by pool unless bought through them) very aggressive and rude. Room wasn’t ready for us when we arrived due to broken aircon so got moved rooms half way though our stay not ideal. Also kicked out our room for a morning as shower needed fixed.

Very clean, spacious etc. staff helped with taxi and buses.
