The location was a little bit far from what I wanted. Also the room was just right next to the main door, so sometimes I could hear it bagging. And there was no small counter so that I could prepare a meal

I really liked the upgraded room and the facilities in general. The bed was comfortable and it was really clean. The terrace on the last floor is amazing!

The appartement was clean and had a good price for the value. The only downside was the direct environment which was nog very special. But there were a lot of things to do in walking distance. I would recommend the appartement!

The area it was in was very run down. It was à shame about all of the graffiti outside .

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a short stay. It was a half hour walk from the major attractions.

The location was good, though there was some anti Air bnb graffiti in the area. Some local people are being proced out of flats. . It was clean and easy to park. The email with details of getting in using the lock box and about the local area were good.

I would have love love loved some (even instant) coffee! And even better a coffee machine with coffee pods or real coffee. İt's good to have something like that to wake you up on holiday before you leave your base. Otherwise this was a delightful place to stay.

Nicely turned out room, with a shower with excellent pressure and a really comfortable bed. I was there in 38 degree heat and because of the insulation barely had to turn on the a/c. Clear instructions about how to get into the property, reasonable check in and check out times. Also although exarcheia is a bit out of the way, this property was very convenient for lots of amazing eating/drinking/dancing places and just a simple twenty minute walk from Psyrri and a half hour walk from Monastiraki. Some lovely sage tea and a kettle to welcome you too. The towels and sheets were sparkling clean, as was the room.

- When using Google maps to find Exarchia house- Exarchia house Project comes up- luckily this is not far away and the lady there directed us to the actual address

- Very clean - Excellent comfortable bed - Great shower - Efficient communication and check in with host - Water in fridge on arrival - Fantastic black-out shutters - Strong A/C - Accessible by bus to city/port/Airport

The hosts very kindly accommodated an early check in - a life saver since we flew in with an early morning flight. Check in easy, room simple and clean, location within walking distance of the key spots.

I wasn't the biggest fan of the neighborhood, it looked and felt a bit sketchy but we just avoided walking around there late at night. We didn't see anything alarming so that was good :)

At the beginning of our stay, when we got to the hotel we found out that our air conditioning wasn't working - which was an absolute hell in August in Athens (32 degrees at midnight). However, the landlord did everything he could to help us with fixing this problem, sadly we couldn't do anything because it was a bigger issue than we thought at the beginning. The next morning we were offered a new room because the landlord didn't want us to suffer in this awful heat which was very much appreciated. After changing rooms everything was fine and we really enjoyed our stay in Athens :)

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and it has all you need. It is very close to the centre and the museums. It felt very safe too and the host was very friendly and helpful and responded quickly. 10/10 👍

The traffic noise of the surrounding streets. Also, is very difficult to find a parking place around the building.

The neighbourhood is great for food drinks and culture. Room was clean and well decorated.

The room was very clean, with everything you need for a vacation and it looked like in the photos. Also, the communication with the owner was very good (we received all the information that we needed and he responded fast at the messages). Nearby, there are enough means of transport to go downtown. At approx.300 m, there is also a supermarket.

- lack of privacy (Apartment located on ground Floor, so you need to choose between daylight or privacy) - very loud neighborhood and constant loud buzzing of high voltage transformer under the window - bed with floating-like matress - you feel every move of your partner

- cleanliness, amenities - close to city center - good for short stay - hassle-free check-in and check-out - airport transfer
