Cons: This property is not remotely ADA friendly. Even the stairs leading up to the property are without rails (buts that’s found everywhere in Santorini). However the extra tall step in/out of the WC/toilet/bathroom is a bit dangerous without anything to grab if you misjudge it. Found this out the hard way in the middle of the night. Maybe add a middle step, handle or stabilize the unlevel shelves with breakables on it next to the stairs. Other con is the second bedroom is on the other side of the master bedroom. If you have children or friends sleeping in the second bedroom, they have to walk through the master bedroom. It’s a privacy issue you should know before booking. We didn’t have an issue with this, but some people might.

Pros: Views are SPECTACULAR! Location is unbeatable—perfect for sunsets, lounging on the front area, accessible to all the major sites/shopping/restaurants in Oia without all the crushing crowds lurking. Picked up from drop-off point and assisted with luggage to property. Short walk from parking. Clean, surprisingly spacious, hot water, small functional kitchen, welcome wine (went well with the sunset), comfortable beds and lux amenities. Great communication prior, during and after stay. Luggage assistance after checkout topped off a perfect stay. Best perk was a detailed laminated map of recommended places outlined and free parking locations noted. Made our time in Oia more efficient. Lastly, it’s VERY CHALLENGING to find any accommodations on Santorini (or Greece) that can comfortably sleep four grown people. We were a family of three (teenage son that is usually considered an adult when booking). We appreciated not having to book a suit or two rooms. Thank you for offering this option! We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We wish we knew more about precise location of free public parking prior to arrival. Public Parking lot gets easily full.

I love everything about it. Beautiful house, very charming, well decorated and excellent location! Best view for sunset, a way from busy parts & crowds, and close to every thing! Quick & Very responsive to every questions we had. They meet us early, kept our luggages since we arrived few hours before checking time and also let us check in 2 hours before checking time. They welcome us with a bottle of water & wine 🍷they also had Nespresso coffee for our morning. They made arrangements for picking our luggages & giving us ride to the port. We had a pleasant time in Evilio house & enjoyed every moment of being in Santorini. I highly recommend this lovely house to everyone.

We weren’t told about the hot water switch until we asked, so we had two days of frigid showers before we figured it out.

Location was incredible, the house itself was stunning and picturesque, the roof and two terraces were awesome to have and enjoy a glass of wine on, everything was perfect!

Mario met us to show us the way to our apartments. He had 2 gentlemen with him to take care of our luggage. He was a wonderful host and was always willing to help us in any way. Beautiful apartments with amazing views. Loved Evilio Houses - I can't recommend them enough!!

The cleanliness of this property can be improved. There were blood stains on some of the sheets and Stained towels also. For the price point we expected this to not be a problem we would encounter.

The location of this property is incredible. Away from the crowds and with a spectacular terrace to watch the sunset. I would say the place is bigger than what the photos show which is a pleasant surprise. The host was great with communication and assisted us in carrying out bags to and from the accomodation.

Fantastic location, not only for the sunsets and the old windmill view, but in a very quiet area in the morning and night. Very few crowds pass through outside of the sunset. Beautiful property. Large private balcony. Very comfortable main bedroom that is pitch black at night. Small, simple kitchenette with all the important amenities. Very nice bathroom. The staff were amazing. I had an issue with TV ( I know why would you watch tv here - the news) and texted to see if someone could text be back the instructions. A guy knocked on the door 5 minutes later and showed me. Wow. Carried our bags to the property and to the taxi when we left. Excellent experience.

The taps and showers initially didn't have any water coming out. However, this was fixed by the owners.

Little far from the central area

We can see amazing sunset from the house. sunset time was very crowded near the accomodation because around accomodation is sunset point. but we are no stress because we could see sunset from the property.

The property is at the top of Oia. Fabulous views from the rooftop private terrace! Down the quieter streets where not all the tourists make it to! Fabulous house with lots of space and amazing sunset views

The access to the room was about 500 mtrs from the car park area through a cobbled pathway and this was tough on the luggage wheels. For the return journey the owner provided a cart with rubber wheels which was very useful

. The sunset view from the room was the best compared to any spot of Ioia. We had a perfect private viewing space for the beautiful sunset
