The house is absolutely gorgeous! Every morning we woke up to the beautiful view from the terrace. It cannot be described in words.. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, although we ate out every night, there is a TV, coffee machine, washing machine, iron, air conditioners in both rooms (bedroom and living room), 2 sun loungers on the terrace, even beach towels. Another wonderful terrace overlooking the yard and the sea. The house is perfectly maintained and very clean. Nearby every morning we had breakfast at the bakery, the center and the port are within walking distance through small cozy streets full of nice restaurants and shops. The first beach is within walking distance too. But we went to all the other beaches with a rental car, and the most beautiful beach Tsugria, we discovered the last day, which can be reached by boat from the port. Everything is easy and convenient from the location of the house.

I was a bit confused upon our departure when I did not receive an answer to our message or phone call, but I was just asking about leaving the keys etc so maybe it was ok, and the taxi was arranged without problems by the host. So all in all, everything was great but it was a bit strange to leave without a response to our goodbye message, when communication was good earlier. But life happens I suppose.

Beautiful location with a small beach right below the house. The town is walking distance. It's a small apartment but has everything you'll need, including water and wine in the fridge, toaster, sandwich grill, kettle, nespresso coffee maker + coffee, two pillows per person, and a washing machine (although I did not see any detergent, probably would have gotten some from the host if we had needed it). The view is exceptional and private. A few people use the beach but mostly we had it to ourselves. There was enough hot water for two and the bed was pretty comfortable as well. All in all a comfortable stay. I would actually say the small beach should be advertised more as we really enjoyed how easy it was to take a morning swim! The host arranged taxi to the ferry port as well.

Staying at this accommodation was a fantastic experience! The cleanliness is outstanding: daily cleaning ensures that the apartment is always in immaculate condition. The view is simply breathtaking: you can enjoy the sea view even from the bed, making the mornings truly unforgettable. The neighboring taverna is a great spot to try local flavors, and the port is just a few minutes' walk away. The airport is about a 30-minute walk across the old town, so the transfer is easily manageable. I particularly appreciated that beach towels were provided, and sun loungers awaited us on the balcony, just outside the large sliding panoramic door. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view. Thanks to the mosquito net, we could enjoy the fresh air without any disturbances, though we didn’t encounter any mosquitoes. There was always hot water for the bathtub, which was a real treat after a long day. The car, motorbike, and quad rental is just two streets away, which is very convenient if you're looking to explore the area. I highly recommend taking a quad if you plan to head up into the nearby mountains. For daily essentials, there is a greengrocer and a bakery just a few minutes' walk away, where we could always get fresh produce. Additionally, there’s a beautiful pebbly beach directly below the house, and a fantastic sandy beach is just a 10-minute walk away.

Can’t think of anything.

The location is truly wonderful, with a view that is priceless, having breakfast on the balcony was very special but so was the night view from there. The house is really beautiful, only a short walk to a supermarket or the bus stop. The hub of Skiathos town is about a 10 minute walk with all the shops and restaurants, which means the house is close to everything and yet in a quiet location. The host Natasa was very helpful and even arranged a taxi for us to go to the airport.

Nothing - everything was great.

We were warmly met even though our plane was delayed and we were late. The apartment is lovely and the views spectacular. We appreciated the treats left in the fridge and the lovely Korres toiletries. The town is a ten minute stroll away and there are two beach options- a tiny cove just below the apartment accessed by steps or an organised, sandy beach about 7 minutes away on foot. All in all this was a great place to start off our little Sporades adventure.

This is a MUST STAY place when on Skiathos! The view is breathtaking, the house feels like “home” and it is simply a great place to just relax. It turned out to be my favorite place to stay after a different place every night throughout Greece for three weeks. High recommended!

I am sorry to have to mention this but it bothered us: there were some big cockroaches outside which somehow managed to go inside. They were half of finger in size and they really stressed us because we woke up 3 nights in a row with one of those busters on the wall and we had to search for means of killing it. We were always worried for our child, sleeping in the next room. Given the amount of money we paid we did not expect that. The house was spotless so I am guessing they were from the sewer or plants.

The house is perfectly located at 5 minutes walking from all the buzz of the city center and it even has a very cozy beach under, down some stairs. It has an amazing view over the sea. It is very nicely decorated and it had almost everything one may need. The owner was nice and she waited us with cold wine, water, juice and coffee for our stay. The towels and sheets were changed after 3 days. There is a big parking, 2 very nice bakeries and a big supermarket in walking distance. She provided a cot for our child with an extra thick mattress, that is extra rare and appreciated.

The location was great... a lovely neighbourhood with friendly people just a few minutes walk from the town. And, of course, on the side of the road overlooking the sea.

I cannot express how awesome this accomodation is. The terrace is superb, best we have ever seen. Everything is comfortable and there is plenty of space for a family of 3. We had all we needed. The apartment is close to points of interests (10 minutes walk to the port, 3 minutes walk to a lot of places to eat and the best one almost right next door). The host is also very friendly and helped us with anything we needed.

This place is absolutely beautiful, amazing views, peacful and relaxing with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We even spotted dolphins early one morning!!! just amazing. Natasa is a fabulous host and super helpful, nothing is too much trouble, such a lovely lady. X I just wish we could move in and stay all summer.

That we had to go :( Could stay there forever!

This is a brand new self-catered one bedroom flat situated right above a tiny, secluded beach with breathtaking views of the sea! Quiet, although walking distance to the old town and harbor, really very convenient. There is a bakery nearby, a confectionary shop, fruit market and a small supermarket. Our hostess was wonderful, met us on the way when we couldn't find the place. She even left us a bottle of wine, juice and water in the fridge. Thank you for a lovely stay, can't wait to return!

Great space, stunning view of the sea from the property's balcony, and easy to get to from anywhere in town (walking). The owner was very nice, she had everything we needed in the house and additionally had lots of recommendations in regards to activities, restaurants, and suggested a great boat service to go around the island. I stayed here for 4 nights with 2 friends, and would definitely recommend renting the Evgenia Seafront House.
