Our experience at Evelina was excellent. Kostas was an amazing host: always very attentive, kind, and willing to help us at all times. He guided us to understand the island, what to do, and how to find the best prices, which made our stay even more special. He treated us as if we were part of his family, with a warmth and hospitality that is hard to find. My wife and daughter were also very satisfied with everything. Without a doubt, Kostas helped make our vacation so much better. I would always recommend Evelina, it truly helped turn a good holiday into an even better one.

Everything was perfect! I strongly recommend this accomodation. It's clean and well furnished of all you might need. The position is great, close to the beach, the coffee shops, the restaurants and the bus station. Consta, the host, was the cherry on the cake. He was kind and and help me organize my vacation in Santorini.

I really liked the location, it's close to everything restaurants, beach, the bus station and even the pharmacy. Very convenient and made my stay much easier. Also, The staff were very kind, and the hotel was very clean.

We had such a wonderful stay! Kostas made us feel incredibly welcome. He did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. The location was great, only a short walk to the beach, bakery, restaurants, convenience store and shops. Highly recommended and we very much hope to stay here again.

We were offered a discount at one of the local cafes for breakfast each day. Good food and friendly atmosphere set us up for the day ! Kostas was a brilliant host offering us lots of information and telling us where we could dance with the local Greek people - good fun.

The location of the property is very good, close to the beach, with various restaurants nearby. The bus stop is close too, making it easy to visit several locations in Santorini. Can´t tell enough how helpful the manager, Kostas, was during our stay.

Very close to the beach, daily cleaning of the room, host was great, provided snack and give recommendations for saving money on taxi, food and water. The host was very accommodating to our travel schedule. Store and restaurants were very close to the property.

We had an amazing vacation!!! We stayed 3 weeks and I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. First of all its location, it was 2 minutes walk to the beach, 1 minute from the bus station that takes to to Fira and Oia and 1 minute walk from Balance and the bakery for your breakfast . There was also a mini market , atm and a pharmacy close by. Second, the rooms were spacious and spotless clean. Christina did an amazing job as she cleaned daily, new sheets new towels. Lastly the owner Kosta, was a great guy that treated us like family and was always there when we needed him. He arranged all our transportation to and from the airport, brought us snacks, fruits and toys for the kids and helped us with last minute accommodations for my mother in law. We truly had an amazing stay and from the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Evelina Beach Pension. The rooms were lovely and Kostas was super helpful. He arranged airport taxis for us and helped us book a boat trip to the volcano, hot springs and islands followed by a bus trip to Oia for the sunset which we highly recommend. We spent several days on Perissa Beach at Waves beach restaurant where the staff are lovely and they give you sunbeds for free if you spend 10 euros pp during the day. Oia was very busy but Perissa is not at all. Lots of nice places to eat and drink at reasonable prices and plenty of mini markets nearby. Fantastic 24 hour bakery up the road which has delicious pastries and also sells beer and very tasty and cheap ice cream. Perfect when we arrived at 1am! Tutti Frutti was great for coffee. We stayed in the 2 bed which is connected by a nice bathroom - lovely rooms with a big fridge with an ice compartment, comfy beds, nice balcony and kittens on the roof! Kostas is really friendly and very keen to help in any way possible. He left us fruit and water when we arrived late in the evening and also after the boat trip when we were tired - a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

You will have the warmest welcome you could ever hope for in this small family run hotel/pension and this made such a difference to our holiday. It felt like visiting family. The owner's priority are cleanliness and hospitality. He achieves 100% in both. He shows genuine care for his guests and his mission is that they have the best possible holiday. He is very friendly and literally couldn't have been more helpful! The rooms were cleaned immaculately every day and had great air con! Perissa is definitely the place to be for friendliness, great value and proximity to a fantastic beach. We visited other places that were perhaps more beautiful - Oia/Thira - but were always so so pleased to get back to Perissa. We definitely made the right choice of location and hotel. If this place is available - book it!

The owner went above and beyond for his guests, being a real example of Greek hospitality! Super attending and at the same time contributing to a very relaxed environment, making it easy to calm down and enjoy our holidays! Great location to be with kids, as both the beach as well as many coffees & restaurants are in close proximity. Also the bus stop is not even a minute away!

Our plane was late, so we lost one day, and the first day was rather windy, Else there was nothing to complain about. We were treated like friends!

Super friendly landlord, who is perfectly connected to the islanders. He is offering all kinds of services, like organizing a taxi or boat trips, he will do anything he can, to make you feel comfortable! A Silent fridge helps relaxing in a cozy room, only minutes away from where the beach is and the action takes place, but yet within a silent neighborhood. Every evening when we returned, we found a note on the bed pointing at a present in the fridge. We had fresh watermelon one day and a cocktail the other.

If you are planning a holiday in Santorini and you see that this Villa is available then look no further. Book immediately :-) Super location (1-2 min to the beach), stores, restaurants, bakery with fresh bread and delicacies within walking distance. You have everything right under your nose. A secluded place with its own backyard. Comfortable for a family of 5 people. Own swimming pool with massage is an additional attraction. Owner very friendly and helpful.
