The bathroom is a bit small, but there were all the amenities, so it wasn't a problem. Spiders were still crawling in the room, but I don't think it's the fault of the owners:)

The staff is great! We were allowed to check in earlier. We were told where to go, what to see, where to eat. The room is nice, the balcony overlooking the sea. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner worked. We were left with juice, water in the refrigerator, croissants, a large cupcake, crackers, butter! We really want to go back!

Clean property near the centre of the city. The room was quite even thought it was next to a main road. The staff was kind and friendly, they also gave us a suggested list of places to eat and drink. If you visit the town with your car, there is a big public parking area only 50-100m away from the property. Also, there is a super market 10m away.

Really there was nothing we didn't like.

We stayed in room 7 on the top (3rd) floor for 2 nights, which has a large terrace as well as adjacent roof terrace, both with amazing views of Nafplio Old Town, the Palamidi hill and fortress and the Acronafplio hill. There is a lift (elevator) to all the floors, so you don't have to carry heavy bags up the stairs. The room is clean and comfortable, with a shower room/WC and adjacent wash basin, with plenty of surfaces to put your toiletries on. There is a small refrigerator. The reception was very friendly and helpful (staffed from 2 pm to 10 pm), and some breakfast items (toasts, cake, croissants, coffee, tea, orange juice, bottled water) were provided. There is a good supermarket (Sklavenitis) next door. Free car parking is available beside the harbour, just across the road from the accommodation.

The photos and description made us think the roof terrace belongs to the room but it's for everyone. However, the room also had a small balcony and it did not dimish the positive experience overall.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty food given to make breakfast. The location is perfect.

The apartments with view to backyard a very noisy at night because the front harbour restaurants have all their air exhaust pipes in this backyard.

Location was particularly good for access to free parking at the port and in the old centre. Nice view from balcony over park to water. Room was impeccable - furnishings, fittings.

Lovely, welcoming and helpful staff. Everyone we encountered- reception, owner, cleaning staff... - was friendly and nice. Location was great, close to bus station and sights whilst quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the sea view. We would gladly be back.

All the staff we interacted with were amazing. The woman who cleaned our room was extremely kind and helpful. The room was large , clean and comfortable. The bathroom/shower was well laid out and easy to use. It was nice to have a coffee maker with coffee provided, and a small fridge. The owners also provided an array of breakfast foods. The location is fantastic, a short walk from the parking area at the port.
