How private and quiet it was on the balcony, well equipped, comfy bed. Great location- close to everything. Very helpful hostess!

The location. Kalamionas beach is really few steps away. You can walk to a Bataria or Pipitos beach (though google calls it by another name) in 10-15 minutes.. Also there is a way to secret beach but with two kids I decided not to take risk and get all the way down. By green bus to Sidari you can reach Kalamaki sandy beach less then a 10 minutes though keep in mind that you can ride this bus from Cassiopi only 4 times a day first one is 10:15 and on Sundays there is no buses for this direction. Only to Corfu town. The view from the roof is nice. You can see Albania too. At night it is very quiet. You can't even hear sea roaring. And it helped for a good sleep. My girls did not want to wake up in the morning. The room was every day cleaned and fresh towels were provided. Eva and her Mom, Maria, were always there for help and recommendations where to go or book a taxi. Try also Janis restaurant which is few steps away too. The food is delicious and fresh and sunset vews are amazing. Now we are in Zante and already miss Corfu and Eva studios. Thank you!

Lighting in the room itself could be little bit more bright. Though you can use the balcony for work because it is getting dark only after 8:30 pm. And it was kind lack of space to cook and wash dishes or I should've probably cook less :) but with 2 kids one meal of the day was home cooked as mandatory.

Facilities and location of apartment were excellent (coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, hair dryer), perfect for cooking meals if you wanted a night in, lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Any questions or favours asked were granted really quickly. Eva and her mum were really friendly and helpful, will definitely recommend to family and friends!

The house is really nice and extremely close to the city center, like a five minutes walk. The apartment has a big, comfortable bed, fridge, kitchen facilities, working air conditioning and a comfortable bathroom. The water pressure is really good!There is also a little garden on the front with tables and chair outside. Overall, I was very happy with the place. But I must say that the cherry on top were Maria and her daughter Eva. They are both super friendly, helpful and really care about giving their guests the best experience ever. And they manage! Thank you Maria and Eva, we loved it!

location good close to all amenities. Maria was an excellent host giving good advice without being intrusive. Top floor apartment was well laid out with easy access to rooftop terrace which was a bonus. All in all a lovely stay.

The property was wonderful! A fantastic location. A short walk from both the beach and the shops. Great restaurants nearby and overall the property was perfect! A nice balcony with comfortable beds and nice views!

Eva studios is a beautiful accommodation with a great location, close to the beaches and to the center of the city! Eva is lovely and kind and the rooms are clean!

Spacious, clean with large bed, plenty of storage, a safe, kitchen facilities including oven top, toaster, toaster machine, kettle, sink, microwave and fridge, large balcony with table with beautiful views of corfus hills, kassiopi and Albanian coast, close to beach, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and Main Street but still quiet, TV with Netflix, sat channels, ceiling fan and great ac unit

WiFi is strong out on the balcony but quite weak in the apartment

Wonderful place in the heart of Kassiopi. The location is amazing, walking distance to the lovely beaches and the town square. Our studio was spacious with the large balcony, overlooking Kassiopi and the Ionian sea. Maria, the owner, was friendly and super helpful with all our requests and recommendations. We also liked Maria's cousin Roula a lot. She is a wonderful and a reliable taxi driver. We have already highly recommended this hotel to our friends who might travel to Corfu.

Very comfortable, exceptionally clean, very kind host Maria, good location for the beaches and main shopping/restaurant street. We also enjoyed vey much a small garden in front of our apartment, where we put a swimming pool for our baby.

Comfortable big bed, gorgeous large balcony with a fantastic view of Kassiopi and the Albanian mountains, and good amenities (the kitchen was well supplied so we could cook dinners). Plus lovely service! And very close to beaches, tavernas, and shops.

As a couple, we spent 6 nights at Eva Studios and only good words can be said about our stay! Eva is a really nice person, always happy to help or answer the questions. Rooms are well-kept and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had also the balcony with a view, which we always used for eating breakfest. Moreover Kassiopi turned out to be such a wonderful place to stay, that we can't imagine not coming there again. I really recommand it to everyone!
