We had an AC in the bedroom. One AC in the livingroom would’ve been nice. We received a fan for the livingroom to have by night though.

We liked it because it was quiet, it had a good location near everything you wanted like tavernas, gift shops, supermarkets, bus station.

Our whole family loved our stay at Eva Ivoni's apartment. The place was very clean and cozy, with a lovely little balcony overlooking the swimming pool and a beautiful garden full of trees. The location was excellent – a great beach was just a 5-minute walk away, the bus stop was right in front of the building, and there were plenty of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Eva is a truly kind and helpful host. She always responded quickly and supported us whenever we needed anything. I had some health issues during our stay, and when I asked her about seeing a doctor, she not only found the right specialist and made an appointment for me but even offered to drive me to the clinic in her car. I didn’t expect such warm hospitality, and I’m very grateful. I highly recommend staying at Eva’s place if you’re visiting Heraklion!

The property was easy to access by car (there's a big FREE parking lot 2min walk away), clean, offered ample space. The location was close enough to Heraklion and the lively beach area but not noisy at night. Very fair price. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay — the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Eva, our host, was absolutely wonderful. She was super friendly and always quick to respond to our messages. She went out of her way to help us with useful info about renting a car and what documents we’d need. The place was cleaned every day except weekends, and one morning Eva even surprised us with fresh orange juice and homemade pie, such a thoughtful touch! It really made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we’d happily come back!

We had the pleasure of staying at Eva’s Apartment, Eva was so helpful throughout our stay the apartment was cleaned everyday by a lovely lady and fresh towels every few days. Had a lovely apartment with large balcony overlooking the terrace of Sister Hotel Roxani. Apartment equipped with everything we needed asked for an Iron which was provided minutes later, 5 minutes walk to the beach and almost connected to a fab supermarket. The location is close to the beach (2 minutes), is a lovely place and it is quiet, perfect for a family with kids who need some quiet time.The room was always clean, the beds were always changed, as well as the towels… the most clean location I’ve ever stayed in. The host exceeded my expectation, Eva is such an amazing person who always helped me when in need during our stay. The best host and person ever! The only nuance. The Internet was important for me (for studying), but on the second floor it was not very good (not enough for Zoom). Otherwise, everything is fine!

Comfortable, clean, bright apartments. The hostess is a very hospitable and pleasant woman. There is a nice area for relaxation (there is shade) and for sunbathing near the swimming spool. Apartment cleaning is high quality.

2 electricity power cuts for more than 30min in 10days, shower can be weak sometimes.

Very good location, quiet, very functional. Host very helpful and welcoming at the beginning of our stay. Swimming pool is a plus , especially for children.
