Nice place, great location, close to a shop, bus stop, 10-minute walk to the center. The nearest beach is across the street. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating owners.

for us, a recommendation for stronger wifi, it had a very weak range. if it is already there, then let it work well. also weaker air conditioning and it would not hurt to upgrade the kitchen equipment.

We were accommodated on the ground floor with a garden - terrace just for us, where there was pleasant shade. accommodation spacious, clean. Mrs. Froso was very nice.

The apartment is perfect. It's very clean and modernly furnished, with all needed equipment. It's situated near the central street, but the place is very quiet. The hostess is very kind, friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

Not really anything to say....it is up higher in the town so I suppose some steep walking for those who may not be that fit and able.

Firstly the host family - they were exceptional with their attention to the apartment and making sure any needs were met. The apartment is modern, well furnished and with good amenities. Okay, no sea view BUT still a small balcony to sit out on out of the sun and the apartment is just a base to go and explore from. The location of Euphoria could not be any better. It is just a short walk down to a local beach and a similar distance to the main street of Skiathos Town. With excellent sound proofing and the air con there is no night time noise to disturb a good sleep. It is also an easy walk from the apartment to the edges of the town and in our view the nicer and 'real Greek food' tavernas around the periphery of Skiathos Town. Lastly, the apartment is located close to Bus Stop 4 which makes for very easy travel to the many excellent beaches of Skiathos. Would definitely be very happy to stay here again if we visit Skiathos in the future.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation. The two-bedroom apartment we had booked was without a doubt one of the best we have stayed in. It is located on the first floor. The apartment has two terraces; the one of the living room is located a little above the level of the tiny street that leads to Euphoria apartments. Due to the unevenness of the terrain on which the building is situated, the second balcony, equipped with a table and two chairs, and an accordion expandable towel rack, falls on the second floor, above the ground-floor apartments, which have access to the courtyard. The apartment is furnished with a great deal of taste, love, and care. The furnishings and appliances are recent, and the mattresses in the bedrooms are very comfortable. The maintenance of the apartment is exceptional. The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed every other day. Every room, including the living room and two bedrooms, has an air conditioner. In each bedroom there is a double wardrobe, a console with a mirror, and a hairdryer with a diffuser. There are bedside tables equipped with lamps and outlets. There are many sockets in the house, which is very practical if you have to work or if you have many devices to charge. There are an ironing board, an iron with a silicone pad, and a safe for storing valuables and money. Our landlady, Froso, met us to hand over the keys. She provided us with valuable information concerning Skiathos, the airport, beaches, tavernas, and shops. There is a place for parking the cars. There are lots of bakeries and cafes neareby. The apartment is situated within a distance of 5-minutes walk from the principal commercial pedestrian street, which is lined with numerous shops and restaurants and culminates at the port. If you walk along the promenade to the east, you will come to a number of tavernas, the last of which is 100-200 meters away from the airstrip - one of the main attractions of Skiathos. Everything was wonderful, and the owner, Froso, was incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. The apartment is extremely clean, towels are changed and cleaning is done every two days. The beach is close and the shop and a very good restaurant are only 1 minute away. The harbor is also easily accessible. One of the best apartments I've ever been.

The aircon unit was in the main room rather than the bedroom so got a bit hot at night however would ask for a fan for the bedroom if we came again. The local supermarket around the corner is very expensive so only use for essentials. We went to the larger one near the airport as much cheaper, worth it to get a taxi or go if you are hiring a car as even though you can drink the water, it is very salty so bought it even to use for teas/coffees. The mosquitoes were out in force due to heavy rains a few weeks earlier so recommend to take some strong repellent / bite relief as we got eaten alive. We bought some Raid from the large supermarket and sprayed the rooms each evening which stopped us being eaten in our sleep!

The apartment was fabulous, modern with good facilities and Frossi the owner was so lovely. She came in everyday to clean and every other day to change the towels, toilet rolls and bedding, even doing some washing for us half way through our holiday. Our apartment was the ground floor one and had it's own private outdoor courtyard which was lovely. The apartment was in a perfect location, just at the top of Skiathos town so we could wander down in an evening and 2 minutes away from Bus Stop 4 where there are buses every 20 mins to explore the beaches on the south coast for 3 Euros a journey, definitely recommend Koukanaries Beach as the best one, golden sand, clear water, voted the 7 best beach in the world. The airport was only 15 away and we just jumped in a taxi at the airport for 15 Euros. Would recommend renting a Jeep for a few days to explore the island. There are also many (gentle) hiking trails around the island which we enjoyed, marked out by red/white markers on the trees through pine forests and around the headlands, details of these can be found on the internet. Being based in Skiathos Town was the best location for us with it's beautiful little cobbled streets, port, bars and restaurants and cafes.

Lack of plug sockets – just a minor imperfection

This is superb accommodation. In Skiathos. Complete luxury and probably the best place we stayed in the Sporades. Great Shower. Froso, our host was very kind and provided us with all the information we needed. You are about a five minute walk from the strip (turn left out of the apartment and right at the bottom) and 10 minutes from the old town of Skiathos (turn right out of the apartment, left at the road and then through the car park) The Little Balcony does a great coffee in the morning and when you really need something, a great gyros as well. Eat in 1901, Paraxenos and Kon-Tiki. The main supermarket (not the one along from the Little Balcony) is turn left out of the apartment and right at the bottom of the lane and follow it round to the left and it is virtually opposite the Petrol Station. Bus stop 4 is across the road. We only went to Koukounaries Beach (26) as it was just after the storms. Found the restaurant at the end of the beach (not Ocean) was the better of the two.

Everything was Great…

The Property was very well designed and modern. The kitchen was good as was the seating area and a nice bedroom. The bathroom is great with a very good shower and plenty of hot water. The location was good, around 5 minutes to the main town with all the restaurants/shops etc and a further 5 minutes down to the port area. Bus stop Number 4 is a two minute walk where you can get the bus to all of the different beaches. There is a super market 2 minutes away but I would recommend walking around 600m up round the corner where there’s a massive one with absolutely everything and cheaper to ever item… Little balcony is a great (little) restaurant/takeaway which is located one minute through the walkway. The owner’s are so nice and always on hand if you need anything and his mum is also very sweet… See you again and thank you so much for making our stay perfect with the room… 😉

I can't think of something that affected our stay negatively.

Conveniently located next to a public space suitable for parking(there is some parking space in front of the building but my car could not reach it due to the road is narrow and the slope's steep), the road towards the beaches and supermarkets and 5-10 min walk to the city and the port. The room was spacious, clean with all the appliances. Cot bed was provided for our baby. The host is an exceptional woman.

My sister works for Hilton so we have stayed in a lot of 4-5 star hotels and this is as good if not better! Impeccably clean, modern and a fantastic location across the road from the beach, and about 5 minutes from the town, 10/15 minutes from the harbour and 2 mins from bus stop no. 4 where you can explore more of the island. The host was fantastic, so friendly with lots of local advice and cleaned, replaced clean towels and made the beds every day, such attentive service we were really impressed.
