The apt was clean and comfortable and the pool was warm and refreshing and never too busy. The location was wonderful in that it was walkable to restaurants and the beach and away from the busy traffic and sounds of the main road. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

This is a wonderful, quiet and very welcoming hotel. The hotel is family run and they are all kind, welcoming and helpful. You feel more than home. Fantastic view. And a wonderful area with great restaurants nearby. Rooms are great and spacious - they are clean and kept in repair. If you feel like cooking you have all the things you need. I only have positive things to day.

I can't think of anything more they could have done.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts were very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. A welcome pack was in our room, water, wine, and fruit. Hairdryer, iron also. All of the rooms reflected as posted in the pictures, everything of great standard and quality. Fully equipped kitchen room and pool towels are provided and changed regularly. The pool was warm, very clean, and gardens maintained every day. Couldn't ask for more and will be back

Likely the first hotel that I've stayed at in Greece that matched the positive reviews. Amazing greeting from the owner upon arrival. The rooms were very clean, spacious, quiet, and the A/C worked very well (not always the case in Greece). 100% we will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Esthisis Suites . The apartment was perfect ( well equiped, clean, comfortable, ...) , the pool was nice and not too busy during our stay; the location is 5' walking from the touristic part of Platanias with plenty of restaurants and bars.. I really recommand this place.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

I got upgraded to a maisonette suite with 3 balconies and breathtaking views over the sea and mountains. When I arrived I found a bottle of wine, local fruits and vegetables and olive oil in the apartment and thought that was such a lovely touch. You have Netflix there which I liked a lot, because you can cook your own meals and watch movies if you like just like home unless you want to relax on one of the amazing balconies. The owners were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel itself is nice and quiet. You are only a few minutes away from the Main Street and the bus stop to Chania. The property is tucked away nicely and you get these beautiful views. I would recommend anyone to stay there.

Location of hotel is very good, everything is very close and neighborhood is very quiet. Personnel of hotel is the best where we have been. Cleanliness of rooms and pool area is good.

From arrival to departure everything was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the cleaners to the management. The apartment had all you needed as a home from home and was cleaned daily. the location is ideal to visit the region of Chania. We are already looking at booking for next year.

The wifi didn’t work great - they should upgrade and get better coverage in all the appartements. That was a bit annoying.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! The lady who was at reception is so lovely and very welcoming. The location is about a 5minute walk from the Main Street in Platanias, which is nice as it’s tucked away a bit. There’s some nice restaurants close by and close the the beach too!
