Thought it was with a balcony but it wasn't. Asked for a change was not possible. Also the location was a little uphill means ideal for young couples or for people with a car.

Overall nice hotel with great staff. Close to the mountain. Means a great fresh air.

Bed mattress is too stiff. Air conditioning is noisy and too weak, unable to cool down the room below 25°. Fortunately during my stay, the nights were cold enough. No coffee machine or boiler in the room.

Hotel was quite, located in a quite place. Food provided by the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast is complete.

However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom in my room. The shower was not clean at all, with hair and yellow stains along the rubber and the window. In addition, the blanket at night was very thin, not the kind of blanket I would expect in a hotel.

The hotel was very nice. From the outside, it looks charming and beautiful, and the lobby is also lovely. The dining room and the food were excellent. The staff was nice – some more than others – but overall it was good. Everything was really fine, and the location is great, just a 5-minute drive from the city center.

Breakfast was beautiful and we even dined in first night and it was delicious and romantic too. Cocktails we had outside in courtyard. Spoilt for choice.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel. Just beware, no one ever provides hair conditioner anymore. So, bring your own!!

The hotel was modern and had everything needed to relax and unwind. The spa services were great. I decided to get a massage and was able to have one the same day I booked it so that was nice. I had to drive to get closer to city center so beware of needing to find parking. It had large eating area, bar for late evening drinks, and indoor pool.

There was a giant fireplace and they wouldn't light the fireplace, even though it was cold outside, and when the fireplace was on, there was only one little log burning. We had asked for more wood and they said no. During check out, the staff was confused and it took longer than expected. Restricted hours on the spa & gym. Some days they were closed, which was very inconvenient. The hotel never even offered us water. The bathroom was claustrophobic. The shower could've used a few more feet of space and although the design seems nice from the naked eye, it seemed cheap in reality. When the shower turned on, the floor of the bathroom flooded a little every time.

They could place a kettle for tea. The safe box didnt work. Most important they chage a huge fee and you pay with card. It is not announced anywhere, at least not visible since we didnt see it so we could have paid by cash.

Even though the spa, gym and indoor swimming pool were advertised they were all closed during our stay so maybe ask in advance before booking if that is important to you.

A. Wifi - on busy days and at full capacity it was not possible to acess their wifi. B. TV - was not receiving terrestrial signal. I am mentioning it because in combination of missing Wifi, you can’t either to watch from your device on the tv unless you have android and package of unlimited data C. Back rooms suffering from low insulation. Ventilation extractor fans are listened to the rooms
