Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

HungaryOverall it was a great stay, what we missed is the real espresso not just the vending machines. We are coffee fans, and unfortunately the bar where we could get espresso opens only early evening. The coast is sandy in a short distance, but at the hotel it is covered by pebbles.
The part of the hotel where we got rooms is newly renovated, nice materials, new technology, high category. The food was delicious. The staffs were nice and always helpful.

Czech RepublicSome food and drink options included in all-inclusive were just bad and low quality. Vine was acidic, all postmixes were really too sweet. But there always was a great meal available, you just had to know which one to pick. And drink water/soda, its better for you anyway :). Beer was ok. AC was turning on and off automatically which we had to get used to. On the other hand it was never really too hot or cold.
Great modern room (we had the newly renovated room), good food, great facilities/options for kids.

SlovakiaWe got a pretty terrible room at the beginning, but were able to change it for the room that we paid for. However when I chose this hotel it was because of the pictures presented here, but (as I later learned) the rooms at the main page are more luxurious than what we paid for (I didn’t look closer to our selected room because I thought that we will have some of the rooms presented, my bad). When we wanted to paid extra for better room, there was none left available, understandably, because this was first week of July. The room was 3 stars out of 5*, not nice not terrible. But this is a 4* hotel and you would expect to have shampoo, shower gel and body lotion at the bathroom but instead there was 3-in-1 dispenser with no aroma. I requested classic small bottles (shampoo,lotion,..) and they kindly delivered them within the same day, it also means that the more expensive rooms had them.. There was only one plug at the room, or two if you disconnected the lamp.. Cleanness was mediocre and on our last day, there was no cleaning in our room at all. Food options at dinner were great if you are a meat lover, but if you are a vegetarian like we are there is only a few options, mostly side dish. I can’t imagine what to eat there as a vegan though. Lastly, it’s called beach resort but it’s simply a family resort with loooots of kids everywhere so I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t like/have kids.
We really enjoyed the pool and the beach so close and we never had problem with finding a good spot to lay. The pool area was clean and pretty. The beach was simply fantastic, beautiful and the sea had great temperature and clear water. Good selection of tasty drinks was appreciated and different restaurants with different food options during the day were great for us. Evening programs for kids and adults were also enjoyable and thoughtfully created playground was a nice touch. I have to say that the staff was very nice, friendly and also very helpful with everything.

HungaryThere are some minor improvements the managers could make: air conditioning in the restaurant areas was too much, we were freezing. The terrace part of the large restaurant is really nice, only the guest pushing in and out the chairs was loud and disturbing. Lunch, snacks and dinner was really versatile and delicious, but the breakfast was kind of boring and dull, I can imagine something more interesting. Staff was kind of ok, not too friendly, but not rude either. Yioannis at the Blue bar, was really kind, however, along with Stavros who helped us to our room, the lady who made cotton candy and the animation people, and the cleaning ladies :)
The perfect vacation stay with school children: during the day, we took small trips to the sights nearby, Filerimos, Tsambika, Rhodes city, Seven Springs and also a number of beaches. In the afternoon, we relaxed and had fun in the resort. Food is exceptional, above all the confectionery part: could not even taste all different and wonderful cakes and sweets. Everything was held clean and tidy, the cocktails were delicious. Air conditioning was working well in the room and we even got an update of the room without any extra charge. We liked the evening entertainment programs and mini golf was also fun! All in all, definitely value for money, I would highly recommend this resort.

United KingdomWe couldn't find the mini golf or table tennis table anywhere. We asked and were taken to the mini club! Not too much of an issue but would have been if 4yo had been told we'd be doing those things in advance! A couple of the nights, the dinner options were pretty unappealing, though always plenty of good salads, breads and desserts on offer so we were never at risk of going hungry! The off brand fizzy drinks were not to our taste at all.
The breakfasts were great every day, refreshed regularly, lots of choice. Tables always available and managed really well. Lunch was also good and varied with the two options to eat in. On 2 nights the dinners were also great, lots of choice, hot and really tasty. Snacks and drinks available through the day and into the evening (iced coffee, water, alcoholic options, doughnuts, waffles, loads of fruit) were the most varied we've had at an all inclusive. Lots of spaces to hang out in both indoors and out, almost enough sunbeds (we found at least one each day, most days one each and we did mostly only use the pool in the afternoons, going out for the mornings), 4yo loved the slides and the lifeguard on them! Room had all we needed and was cleaned well each day, bottled water topped up and really great to have the fridge. All but one of the staff we interacted with were really friendly and everyone was working really hard. The dining rooms and outdoor spaces remained pretty spotless all day and evening with non stop cleaning. The entertainment staff said hi to the kids. The reception staff were helpful and we felt welcomed. Definitely the best staff we've seen at a large hotel. The bus outside down towards Lindos or Rhodes doesn't seem to always show up on Google maps but is there! It's cheap and regular enough and the desk have timetable printed out. The boat round to Rhodes from the pier on the beach as well makes the location great to travel out from. We felt looked after enough to relax and apart from some really minor bits, couldn't have asked for more!

United KingdomOverall the whole stay was good, the hotel was very busy with lots of European families and visitors, it was noisy at times Next time will choose a quiter period to visit
Breakfast was very good, had variety and lots of choice. The staff were excellent, very professional and always willing to help beyond their duty. Lunch and dinner was also very good. The napoli tamato sauce each day was great. The desserts were also wonderful. Being vegetarian and not eating eggs and fish, there could have been an additional cooked veg dish each day. The chef made a special veg pizza for us with olives, onions etc that was good

United KingdomAlso upon arrival ( which was late) there was a curtain missing which let in a lot of light. We woke up early with the light shining through and very tired that day. This was rectified by the housekeeper the following day using an odd curtain which was a little better, however the room should not have been allocated in this state. After eating in the restaurant on our last night, three of us were very sick for 12 hours travelling home the following day. The shower was no a proper shower but a shower head connected at the bottom of the wall ( why would you not attach this at the top so that you can stand beneath it?

TurkeyThe rooms are old, there was a smell in the room that we couldn't explain, probably coming from the bathroom and toilet. My husband's back got stiff because the beds were a little old. There were no ingredients like shampoo and conditioner.
Being by the sea, it is a complete price performance hotel.

Czech RepublicThe beach was partly pebble rather than sandy. However, still fine and if your kids like playing with stones/pebbles, they will be happy.
Kids liked the water slides and a shaded shallow pool with a submarine or a playground with a helicopter. Also, there were many animations and activities and evening mini disco. Multiple restaurants helped balanced the load/crowds, so no long queues. Many palms or trees providing natural shading. Meal was quite OK. Nice and helpful hotel staff.
