The only thing that disappointed me was the dinner. The selection was really small, e.g. one type of meat.

Not a big hotel but with kind and friendly staff. The room was nice and clean, everything you needed was there. I really liked the large balcony with a nice view around. Good location in a very quiet area and close to the beach with not many people. The swimming pool with sunbeds was also nice to relax. Breakfast was ok.

the usual Greek room things like hard flat pillows and tiny showers where the curtain sticks to your skin. very minor, it’s a brilliant place to stay and we will be going back next year.

location near the beach and the shops and bars and tavernas of Kavros is great. amazingly being on the national road the noise does NOT travel - even by the pool it is peaceful! decent wifi. pool and outside bar are really nice. AC in every room. very good breakfast offering with good strong coffee.

Can be more organized: 1) at checkin, the reception lady took a long while checking her computer and having several calls with her colleagues. It turned out they didn’t manage to arrange us in the room type we booked weeks ago, but since we still get a room without extra charge in the end, it’s no problem for us. 2)There’s also inconsistent information about opening hours of the pool between what’s written at the pool, in the room, and what’s being told by the reception. 3)At early checkout, there was a lady (might not be a staff from reception) who doesn’t speak English (or German, could not communicate properly with us) rudely insisted us paying some €9 bill. We decided to clarify with her colleagues later when we picked our luggage. In the end, it’s some bill from the pool which wrongly put under our room number, good to have it clarified.

Everything here was really basic, small and limited. Old furniture and equipment... Dark and not really cosy rooms... It is a family-run hotel, where you can't just expect the same services as in top hotels around. Hotel itself is generaly quiet, but surrounding hotels plays loud music long after midnight, so it's really hard to get some sleep and occational evening smell of sewers does not help neither.

Location is good when you have car - close to the main road and with a lot of parking places. Friendly and helpfull staff - good atmosphere.

The rooms were verly comfortable and clean. We found everything what we wanted. Our week-long stay was exceptionally pleasant. Very friendly and helpful staff. We experienced the family atmosphere prevailing at the property. The hotel is located in a not very urbanized area, but just in front of the hotel there is a bus stop where you can quickly get to both Rethymnon and Chania. Access to the beach through the neighboring street takes about 5-6 minutes. The center of the village with stores and restaurants is a 15-minute walk away.

Everything was great, thank you! Hotel staff was really nice and helpful. My flight was quite late at Hania airport, but the hotel sfaff arranged a taxi for me to the hotel. On the return day, I used the airport bus (the bus stop was next to the hotel). Breakfast was very good, breads, olives, bakeries, mysli, dried fruits, eggs, melon, yougurt, nutella.... and so much more. :) It was so nice to eat breakfast at the hotel balcony, but there was only three big tables outside. So most of the mornings, I ate inside (close to the windows) because everybody wanted to eat outside and there were no free tables. Maybe some small tables more to the balcony, would be nice!?! ;) Next to the Hotel Ermioni is a main road, so it is easy to take a bus for example to Rethymno or Hania. It was easy to bike or walk to the Georgiopuoli beach (6km)! I also walked to the lake Kourna, it is a really pure water lake! There are many car and bike rental places close to the hotel. The pool was big and I was almost every day alone there sunbathing. That was like a dream! :) My room was cleaned everyday, special thank you for the cleaner!!!
