Great value for money, just outside Ithaca. Lovely host, very welcoming / accommodating.

The kitchen could definitely do with an upgrade and some more basic utensils would be appreciated. For example there was no toaster, only two very basic mugs, no wine glasses. And a very nice hostess who only speaks Greek, hadn’t forewarned us that it had to be cash. We were dashing for the ferry and realised we couldn’t pay her by card. So we spent some time in the following days working out how to transfer money to a Greek bank . This part of it was very unsatisfactory. Even a fact sheet left for visitors advising of payment limitations - or get the credit card app so people can pay by card!

The apartment was very good, excellent bathroom and bedroom, love the air conditioning. An easy walk down to town so that was all very good.

The bathroom could have been solved better, to avoid the wetness of the shower

Comfortable room, location on the hill above, need a car or motorbike. I had a little problem contacting the person who would wait for us. I really appreciate the ladies who kindly accommodated us in the room. Payment was made in cash.

Some noise upstairs taken place after midnight, keeping me awake, one night , such as washing the dishes etc, which could be improved in future.. Fan in the room wasn't turning round enough to keep me cool, from the heat. But not really an issue with me. It could just be improved upon request if needed.

Everything.. the place, the view, the seating at the garden area. The flowers on trees, so pretty. the cool temperature, the facilities, the refreshments provided, the kitchen and it's equivalent. The view of the room and loungeroom, lovely and sweetly set up,. The staff, we met, are so delightful and most kind people I have met. Epiharis studios are worth high value to visit and book a place to stay. very impressed. I do hope for the best of them whom they do the best service, always. !!! unforgettable experience.

Limited kitchen facilities and lack of glasses. Kitchen needs an upgrade. If you're not wanting to walk up and down a steep hill then this isn't for you. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Very hard so not good if you struggle with a bad back.

The property is on the outskirts of the town, I had a car, so I have not tried to walk all the way up, but it seems as it is not easily walking distance. Even though supposedly being in a quiet neighborhood, I had a lot of noice from passing cars going uphill, as my bedroom’s window was facing directly into the street. The bed also wasn’t very comfortable. But all in all it wasn’t a bad stay. Payment just in cash.

The host was very pleasant lady, there was a parking spot just in front of the house, the property was reasonably priced compared to other options left when booking on the last moment. The apartment also had water, juice, coffee and some little things for breakfast, what was a nice surprise to find.

The air conditioning in the main living area was very noisy, it seem to rattle loudly on and off. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was poor. Did not produce any cold air. There was no remote control for the television, and the shower hose did not fit the wall bracket.

Our apartment was a really good space. It was well equipped, and the view out to Vathy Bay was lovely. The owner was a lovely friendly lady.

Unfortunately the accommodation is settled between two main roads and there was a lot of noise, even through the night hours... It has air-conditioning in the living room but it's all weak, so it takes a few days until it works out for the whole apartment.

Epicharis Studios ist namend after the mother of the owner, as I think to understood. She and her daughter in law Alexandra were there when I arrived and they did welcome me soooo lovely. ❤️ I will always remember that! The apartment was on the floor between ground and first. Very nice, clean and comforting. The owners helped me in every way, even when I've lost my phone... 🙈 The very best for me was the terrace in front of the building. I loved to sit there and relax. At the second day they've brought me cake and barberry liquor, while I was sitting there and it was so good! Thank you for that and everything else!
