This hotel is absolutely charming! Our room was excellent, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. For me, the location was great—just about a 15-minute walk to the center, which I found perfectly fine. We’ll definitely be coming back next summer!

Absolutely nothing

We had the most wonderful stay at this property and truly cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a place that feels both charming and homely, with everything immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. The breakfast each morning was a highlight – fresh, delicious, and prepared with such care. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, offering us the perfect retreat after our days out. What really sets this property apart, however, is the warmth and kindness of the staff. Their friendliness and genuine hospitality made us feel more like cherished guests than visitors. They went above and beyond in every way, and it truly made our stay unforgettable. And of course, a special mention must go to Lily – the sweetest resident kitty who has clearly fallen in love with the hotel as much as we did. She brought an extra touch of magic and joy to our stay. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. This property has our highest praise, and we look forward to returning!

Breakfast is limited, doesn’t have any sweets, limited pastries. Parking is very limited as well but we actually ended up parking very close everyday.

The space is amazing, very clean and aesthetic. The staff is super friendly and kind. They offered free water and coffee everyday which was incredible! The pool is at a perfect temperature and very beautiful, and location is like 20min walk from the center.

Pool was a bit small, specially if other people there but still a lovely place.

Nothing we loved our stay

The best stay we have had so far. This Boutique hotel was perfect for a family of 4. The rooms are clean and spacious. Rooms were serviced everyday day. Garden and pool made the stay extra special. Such a pretty Boutique hotel. I can't say enough about the service from all the staff especially Dina. She arranged our tour to Balos beach and gave us suggestions on what to do and where to eat. I would highly recommend Epavli Boutique hotel and would stay here again. Until next time, will miss Chania and our wonderful stay. Five stars 🌟

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel in a quiet location. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The room is very stylishly decorated. The courtyard garden by the pool is a tranquil little oasis. The hotel is about a 12-15 minute walk from the main tourist area which is actually nice as it is in a quieter location. There is a fantastic bar and restaurant less than 10 minutes away and a cafe that sells fabulous cakes very nearby.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. Breakfast was incredible and catered to what time suited you best. The pool area and garden were kept very clean and felt bigger than the pictures showed. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. Choosing breakfast the day before was fun and I tried something a little different each day. Short walk to the city and beach. Room was very comfortable, very modern. The two ladies who looked after us were very friendly and perfect hosts. Lovely fruit trees and plants in the garden.
