The villa was amazing, really spacious and clean. We were there for a hen party and it was perfect for us to give everyone the freedom to stay at the villa for the day or go out and about with the group. The villa was as really conveniently located, about 15/20 mins from the airport, 10 mins to Falaraki and 15 mins to the Old Town. The host Tina was brilliant throughout our whole stay, when we arrived she brought us home made food as we arrived quite late, she also recommended so many places for us to go, and restaurants to deliver to the villa as well. Tina put us in touch with Helen from the baggage storage and transfers company. Helen couldn’t have been more accommodating. My mum and auntie were with us and in their late 60s and Helen always went over and above to help them. Overall the villa was great but Tina and Helen both made our trip even better.

Nothing that I can think of!

Everything was great! Tina was the perfect host and met us at the villa and had laid out drinks and snacks for us. She gave lots of recommendations and helped us with a taxi company who was also great! The villa itself was lovely, especially the outside area. I would 100% recommend and would stay again if I come back to Rhodes ( which I hope I do!) Thank you so much Tina!

Absolutely beautiful villa with gorgeous outside space and pool. Well equipped and comfortable. Fantastic beds! Tina could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend eating out in Koskinou.

We liked the pool though worth noting it is very shallow so adults can't swim lengths but great for cooling off and for the kids.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable house. Very friendly, helpful host. Great location on the island and lovely local tavernas. We brought pool towels but they seemed to be provided. Lots of hand soap at every sink which was helpful.

The house & pool area were amazing and exactly as photographed! Tina, the host, was amazing as well! Tina was easy to contact prior to our arrival and she arranged 'hen do' decorations and balloons for us, as we had requested :) The local knowledge was amazing and she recommended plenty for us to do, to make the most of our time on the island. Helen who works for the taxi company recommended by Tina was also amazing and I would definitely recommend anyone to use this. Tina was available to help with any issues and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for amazing memories at your gorgeous villa xx

The quality of the property was only exceeded by how amazing the host was. She sorted so many recommendations for us, transport, luggage store, bookings, basically made the trip. Even took us to the supermarket on the first night!

Tina was an exceptional host and made sure we were comfortable, answered any questions we had and helped us to ensure we had the best stay and visited the best places in Rhodes.The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, each room is spacious and there is a lovely garden space with a pool. All the upstairs rooms had a balcony and the kitchen/living room is spacious and has everything you need. I would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Tina was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her. She went above and beyond and was so helpful! The villa was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location was good, close to supermarkets, short car journey to Rhodes Town and to Faliraki. We would definitely stay at this beautiful villa again!

No flexibility on check on time - Upon check out, we wanted to pack everything and let the cleaners in, while spending another hour outside by the pool until it was time for us to go the airport. The host didn't allow this, so we ended up having to wait for our taxi for 20mins outside the gate. We also didn't realise there is a small house attached to the big one, where two people were staying - so bear this in mind in case you are a big group and want to all be together. I recommend you don't use the taxi service recommended by Tina, as later on we realised it was twice more expensive than the taxis you could just grab in town.

The house is beautiful and was a great place for 9 girls! It has everything you need, AC working well, the pool is great on a hot day! It takes about 20mins by car to get to Rhodes town and same about of time to get to the airport.

Large, clean and bright House, well equipped with all you need to live comfortably. The garden with a little vineyard, a pool and a beautiful garden, is very well kept. As you need to rent a car if you want to visit the island, the position is very good. The host is amazing, so welcoming and caring. She gives lots of very good tip for all your needs (restaurants, shops, markets, place to visit and many others). She makes you feel at ease as you were at home. Definitely the right place to stay in Rhodes!

there were some animals (cats) at the property (which is quite common in Rhodes) which could be a problem for those with allergies. also the hot water wasn't consistently strong but not a big issue.

villa was spacious and private, with excellent facilities. also it was very helpful that Ms Tina met us on the first night, and sorted out some issues we had. very pleased with it
