Location- close to the centre but far from the noise Next to the beach but it has its own pool. Not crowded, you can always find a sun bed. Helpful staff.Good breakfast and coctails.

    The bathroom was dated.

Nice quiet location with food and shops but not too far away from the main bit still. Staff were really friendly and the room was clean and tidy.

The curtains were thin so the light woke us up sometimes.

The room was clean but only 1 pillow very hard. The pool was clean. The location is quiet away from busy strip of falaraki

The staff apart from the elderly owner were not friendly at all. No Greek hospitality I was very shocked at their lack of customer service and not friendly at all in fact I felt an inconvenience.I travel extensively with my work and work in hospitality myself so the staff didn’t seem happy at all working there. Considering it’s not the end of the season I was disappointed with the customer service and complacency of the staff particularly in the bar restaurant. Rhodes has hundreds of hotels apartments to choose from to suit all budgets and unfortunately although the location is good the hospitality certainly isn’t we didn’t feel like customers at all so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friends or family who are Greek

The location is the best in Faliraki. The coast outside the hotel is by far the nicest part of this area of Rhodes with easy access to a range of bars, restaurants and quick transport links from the port. The beaches were less crowded and the sea itself was more sheltered than further north of Faliraki. The hotel pool was lovely, clean and the perfect temperature for the summer heat. The best part of this hotel were staff at the reception/bar. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. The room's balcony was excellent and the room/bedding were all very clean. We loved the cold beer mugs for by the pool. For the price, this is a very reasonable and cost effective base to explore Rhodes.

The pool has a very early (7PM) close time. This somewhat spoilt the vibe of the shared pool/bar area particularly when the heat of the day starts to abide as evening sets in. A slightly later cut off of 9PM would have been better. We had a room advertised as having a kitchenette. The facilities for this were not realistically adequate for cooking, or even really preparing cold meals. Whilst a hotplate was provided there were no appropriate knives or areas to prepare anything more than a salad or cut up fruit.
