Room are quite small, especially the bathroom/shower. But completely affordable for a week of vacation. Kitchenette could be better slightly better furnitured.

The Elpida Studios offers an incredible view over the sea. A path takes you to a nice beach or to the rocks in 3 minutes. The nearby port village offers restaurants, bars, terraces. Elpida is a very quiet structure and in an exceptional position.

Katharina and Iannis are very, very friendly and helpful hosts. We received lots of valuable tips for excursions. The apartments are very clean and have nice balconies, most with sea view, there is a nice garden that you can use and is in 10 minutes walk in the center of Batsi with many restaurants and bars. The apartment house is designed with many very loving details, so that you can feel very comfortable.

The property is nicely located, with a beautiful view. There is parking space very close by and if you don’t have a car, the property is within walking distance to the beach (2 minutes) or restaurants/bars (5 minutes) of Batsi. The area is very quiet and peaceful, appropriate for a relaxing vacation. The studio was very clean and well equipped. Special thanks to Mrs. Katerina and Mr. Ioannis. They are very friendly and warm welcoming hosts!

A lovely studio apartment with stunning views! Has everything you need. Run by great host who were very helpful & happy to give you advice on where to go on the island. There is a lovely beach opposite the property which has a beach bar. This is run by two brothers who are very friendly & helpful.

Bathroom was dated and shower was too close to the toilet, which meant you had to mop up excessive water after showering. Kitchen could be better equipped but it was not too much of an issue as we like to eat out.

Fabulous location, 10 minutes on foot from the centre of Batsi and across the road from Kolona Beach. We had an l-shaped balcony with sea views on both sides - perfect for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. Cleaning and towel change every other day. Air-con worked well but didn’t need it too much. We felt very welcome by Katerina and her family. We hope to return.

Nothing to not like! While the bathroom was basic it was clean and perfectly adequate.

Perfect, spotless studio room with a lovely view and great value for money! Katerina and Yannis were so lovely, kind and helpful. Offering to drive us to the supermarket and printing out our ferry tickets for us.

Nothing I didn't like.

A very friendly hotel, just outside the main tourist town of Batsi and its beach, bars and restaurants, only a short walk away. It sits above a small sandy bay where swimming is possible even with a North wind. The buses to both Chora and the beaches between Batsi and Gavrio can be picked up outside the hotel. Most rooms face the sea, but I had one at the back with an olive tree and ferns outside and was very happy to hear the cicadas and have more shade on the terrace. Its small kitchen had everything necessary for making breakfast or light meals. The owners who run it are a very nice couple.

Katerina and her Husband are special host. Very attentive and empatic. Appreciate the classic music in the common area of the structure wich contributes to garantee relaxed, quite and soft atmosfere. Strategic position with beautiful view and beach just down out of the entrance, like a private one :) Bus stop just in front of the structure, allows to come from the Port and to go to Chora . Within 15/30/45 minutes walking from other beaches I really enjoyed.. Close 10 minutes walking from supermarket

Great little motel type room with small outside sitting area, private bathroom and basic kitchen facilities. Very quiet & peaceful as away from main hub. 2 minute walk to gorgeous little sandy beach (one of my favourites on Andros!). Super friendly & helpful customer service!

It was what I expected, the fridge in my room was pretty noisy.

Would totally recommend. Basic accommodation but really clean and slightly out of the main area of Batsi, but thats why I liked it. It was quiet, view of the water and an easy walk to a great local restaurant, bakery and quite beach. Mini mart and pharmacy close by, and main part of Batsi is an easy walk. Host Katerina, was super helpful for organising taxi to port, recommending local eateries and quick to respond on messages. Also lovely for a chat.

The only thing was the size of the bathroom in the suite. It was pretty tight quarters but Katerina showed us that she had another room with a larger bathroom. The only drawback is that the bed is also a little smaller.

Katerina and Yannis, who run the hotel, might be the best hosts I've ever met and I travel often. You can tell they love their job and that they care about their guests' experience. They were kind, courteous and always went the extra mile. It made us want to come back. The room was also VERY clean and the linens smelled wonderfully fresh. The thing to note is the INCREDIBLE view from the room. We spent every morning and evening sitting on our balcony and staring at the town of Batsi, the ocean, and it was simply magical. The view is breathtaking. Overall it was truly a wonderful experience. We're recommending it to all of our friends and family.
